老闆娘人很好，如果不知道路她會出來接你的，周邊吃的也很方便，晚上宵夜也都有

設施老舊，衞生間的燈光、排風扇都是壞的，晾衣架也是爛到該扔的程度，熱水需要放水好久才能供應。最糟心的是在吹風機手柄上發現了長頭髮。

整體不錯，衞生乾淨，出行方便。但建議前台提醒住户要安靜，晚上進客比較吵。離汽車站和火車站都比較近吃早餐也方便，下次有機會再來。

酒店離恩施站比較近，在一個小區裏面二樓，要仔細找。酒店設施比較乾淨👍，衞生間寬敞👍，價格實惠👍。早晨有一點點吵，附近好像在路面施工還是在裝修。恩施風景真不錯😘，山巒如聚，風景如畫。總的來説，酒店很不錯，價格實惠，住起來很滿意

房間還是很不錯的，就是有個小小建議，有一間親子房的衞浴間的玻璃門要是能貼個磨砂貼就更好了，雖説是親子房，但是還是不希望自己上廁所被看到吧

房間乾淨，空調很舒服。服務周到親切，還提供洗衣服務，也幫忙安排試喝、購買恩施硒茶。旅遊建議也非常中肯，例如對騰龍洞的建議，就讓我節省時間和費用。
