酒店房間很大，設施齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，地理位置非常好，離恩施大峽谷景區很近，站在窗户旁邊就能看到纜車，老闆非常好客，接送我們到景區門口，給我們介紹怎麼玩兒，老闆娘做的飯菜也特別可口，非常滿意！推薦有想去恩施大峽谷的遊客就住涵湘閣酒店

全5分好評。酒店位置優越，位於恩施大峽谷景區換乘中心附近，從小門出來，過橋，沿着公路走10分鐘就到了。酒店房間很大，標準的山景房，朝暮皆可見山頂雲霧繚繞。老闆很熱心，主動聯繫拼車（35元每人）來回景區與恩施市內，方便了遊客。吃飯可以在遊客中心解決，自助餐38元一個人，價廉物美。

酒店應該算是1 2號停車場中間最好的位置，而且老闆會接送，指了當地人才知道的一些路，節約了非常多精力，玩得很開心

房間不錯還實惠，房卡拔掉即斷電，酒店在景區內，閑暇之餘在門口轉轉也能看風景，老闆人挺好，有求必應，給的旅遊路線避免了走冤枉路，景區到酒店之間免費接送，一趟遊玩下來心情舒暢

老闆很熱情，給我們提供了旅遊方案，車位很多，停車也方便，進去景區比地圖導航還快一點，房間很乾凈，交通便利。老闆娘做的菜份量很大，四個人四個菜都吃不完。

老闆娘熱情大方，聊得來，做菜也很好吃。
酒店環境很好，大廳有喝茶聊天的地方，主要是出門就能看見地縫和大峽谷的美景。
房間樓道很乾凈，位置在景區內，出去玩很方便👍👍👍
