設施：設施完善 房間特別安靜 床特別軟 睡的舒服
衞生：衞生不錯 房間挺乾淨的
服務：服務滿意 前台還給我提前辦理了入住
需要改進的部分：房間洗漱布草 南京建議換好一點的 有些都有小洞洞了

位置不好找，打了好幾次電話才找到，老闆給升級了最好的房間，房間面積很大，床墊子和枕頭都很舒服。周圍餐館好

酒店名字一聽就有詩意，比較有文藝範。酒店位置也不錯，離機場火車站都很近，旁邊有新天地美食城，還有施南古城，晚上出來逛一下很方便，也能品嚐到恩施當地特色美食。酒店前台的服務也很好，裝修風格古香古色也是我喜歡的類型，鬧市中的一片凈土。

朋友一塊出遊，臨時給訂的，出乎意料的好，前面就是女兒城，酒店旁邊挺繁華的，火車站，飛機場都挺近的。出行還是很方便的，酒店衞生做的很好。下次來恩施，還會繼續給定，會推薦朋友過來。

複式房，上下兩層，空間分開，一個大床，一個小床，地理位置也很好，周邊吃的都挺多的。但是希望衞生細節做的更好，床周邊細小垃圾多，水壓偏小。

離博物館、西蘭卡普劇院很近。
附近有美食街，門口的麪館早餐味道也不錯。
前台接待人員服務很好，我們入住那天到的很晚，她一邊給我打電話指導停車，一邊幫我們找車位。

枕頭床單比較臟，還好有四個枕頭，選了兩個相對乾淨的睡，房間略小，床很軟很舒服。入口沒有指示牌，都開到地庫入口了，以為找錯地方又出去了，給前台打了電話才重新回來。地下車庫很大，是公用的，免費停車。
