Superb location to chill right after the train. Not far from tujia daughter town. Another touristic spot.

The service was excellent, I spoke to a man named Anthony in english, he was very helpful. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Worth the price and the location is very convenient, we got off tired from the train station and the hotel was right next to it. The breakfast was very nice and they had a nice selection.

本來訂的是高級大床房，到前台直接給免費升級了房型🤩🤩，還送了特產，重點是床，也太舒服了吧，前台介紹説升級的豪華房是一整塊兩米七的乳膠床墊，枕頭也是乳膠的，第一次住這麼大的床，愛了愛了！

這酒店在全國都算是奇葩了。酒店的空調要下午5點才開，一下午凍死了，送來了一個取暖器。比經濟性酒店還誇張。**

入住體驗極差！原本是衝著華美達品牌入住恩施鼎途華美達廣場酒店，但該酒店衹是徒有其名而已，酒店的服務、管理、人員素質甚至連客房內配套用品等都離華美達的品牌標準相差甚遠，客房衹配了幾包沒出廠標識的茶葉。
入住時前台接待女服務員工作態度敷衍傲慢，大堂負責人對服務投訴不積極應對，離店時留下的客房評價至今仍沒收到任何反饋，形同虛設。

假期和朋友到恩施玩，就在車站附近找了這個酒店，入住辦理很絲滑，房間寬敞乾淨，礦泉水足夠喝，就是這幾天夜裡沒暖氣還是有一點點冷，不過多蓋一床被子也還行，下次還是可以住這裏的。
