訂了個兩室，一進去兩個房間被罩都是臟的，而且煙霧報警器響個不停。叫客服幫忙換，説是換不了。因為時間太晚了，還給我強調床上用品都是換過的。那請問是怎麼臟的呢？客服形同虛設，答非所問，一直不解決問題：換房間吧，不能進去看房；不換房間吧，不給換被罩，反正橫豎都是他們有理。換房間還需要重新預訂，甚至進去看房間，看床品還要交80塊錢，真是開了眼了。期間打了無數次電話，換了個客服，終於辦了點事，但也不多。十一點多叫阿姨換了被罩，阿姨是很好的，很熱情，非常樸實的勞動人民。報警器嘛，還是讓我們自己扭下來的。總之，房間質量和客服服務讓我看到了恩施的下限。出來玩的話避雷吧，不要給自己旅行添堵。

房間很大，一應俱全，阿姨打掃衞生也很到位，房間乾淨。就是入住前沒有人提早聯繫，導致找錯了地方，聯繫後很快速入住，處理算及時了，還是滿意的，性價比挺高，周邊吃的和超市都有，還有夜市，連住了好幾天。免費停車。

酒店地址與實際地址不符合。打車到了又要加客服還要打電話。後面還要走六百米左右才到酒店。在小區裏面。誰能懂。本來就很累了。打車到這個地點大中午熱的要死還要走六百米。無語

房東管家小姐姐服務熱情，詳細講解入住程序！位置離恩施火車站步行15分鐘！公寓附近有很多吃的方便極了，房間寬敞明亮！整體設計舒適感好！床超大柔軟舒適！衣帽間空間大分類存放！唯衞生間要是乾濕分離就好！再就是建議放一些零食飲料，或茶葉收費也行！此公寓和同等酒店比是性價比超高！整體入住感超棒！值得推薦！值得擁有！給予五星好評！

服務：自助酒店，客服還不錯，可以及時解答你的問題 餐飲：附近沒有太多吃的，樓下有華萊士，可以説最近唯一的早餐，公寓旁邊是比較荒涼的地方，可能比較偏的原因 交通：公交坐一趟兩個站就到，還是比較方便的 住宿：一進門還是有點味道的，整體裝修風格還是比較小清新的，房間設施非常簡陋了，凳子都沒有一個，衹有一個沙發，女生化粧真的很不方便🥹，而且廁所鏡子靠牆壁，照鏡子要貼着牆站才可以看全。 衞生：真是一言難盡… 1️⃣廁所衞生間還有很多頭髮 2️⃣客廳衞生紙就是隨意打開的，沒有一包完整的紙，感覺上一個住户走了就沒有收拾。咱就是説雖然一百多的民俗也不至於一包紙都不給完整的吧😅 3️⃣沙發套也是有點臟，不過還是可以坐的 4️⃣床單！！！真是太臟了，還有一大坨臟的，晚上都是墊着自己衣服睡的🥲 5️⃣地上還有小蟲，因為踩死了沒有來得及拍 其他：其他的就將就吧，不介意以上問題的朋友們還是可以住的。

客服服務不咋樣 我打電話打兩次都不接 可能看我是外地號碼 接了過後説沒有訂單訊息她查一下 查了還是沒有 我又打電話過去 退又喊我等一下説有人打電話過來訂房了 就給我把電話掛了 然後又等了一下我們打電話過去她才説加她微信把訂單截圖發給她 氣氛的是我在樓下給她打電話等着 她去接別人電話 把我們晾在一邊 總得有個先來後到吧 環境這些還是不錯的 就是酒店裡麪沒有凳子 沙發那個有點臟
