The hotel is clean and has a nice environment. The front desk and the breakfast buffet are all very good. I reviewed it two days ago. The service at the restaurant on the second floor is not good. There are small private dining tables where you can order food at will, but we were not informed. The supervisor insisted that we go to the large private room with a minimum consumption of 400.00. In order to consume more than 400 yuan a day, we ordered a lot of dishes that we couldn't eat, which was a waste and cost us hundreds of yuan more. We protested against this when we had dinner on the 27th, and they told us that we could order food in the small private room. As a result, we spent more than 200 yuan to order several dishes, and the food was very good. I hope the hotel will strengthen its management and take serving guests well to heart. The hardware facilities are not up to standard, the service is not in place, and there is still a big gap from the standards and requirements of a five-star hotel.
