酒店離女兒城土司城都很遠，打車30多塊錢。，方圓3公里沒有飯店早餐店，酒店主要做旅行團協議酒店。一共住了2晚上，第一個早餐因為有旅行團。所以早餐比較豐盛，第二個早上，8點25下樓吃飯。殘羹剩飯。4.5個發硬的小饅頭，一點剩下的西蘭花，冷掉的豆漿，能敲**的油條，白米粥都沒有，給我説，因為酒店昨天晚上住的人少，所以早餐減份量了。我很詫異，衹見過增配了，沒見過減配的。一點早餐能要你們多少成本？沒有旅行團住你們酒店，正常客人吃一頓熱早餐都不配嗎？那別掛攜程，就衹跟旅行社合作好了。我到要看看，你們如此降本增效換個差評值不值。給前台反應這個情況，前台還在笑。有什麼好笑的？我出了早餐費用不該吃一頓好的早餐？

酒店是新裝修的，硬件還好，進門處的開放式的衣櫥，一旦掛上衣服顯得整個房間很凌亂，服務還跟不上，加礦泉水和加被子都要收費，這個要優化！

這個酒店新開的，一進樓道刺鼻的裝修味道，讓人不敢呼吸，房間裏的枕頭和被子非常不舒服，是廉價的枕頭。看着很高，躺上去就壓扁，一個太矮兩個太高，一個沒怎麼睡！早晨8:30過去就沒有早飯了，服務員又給補做了一些！總之體驗感不好，不回來了。

這次入住體驗非常滿意，遠超我對這個價位酒店的預期！酒店把“舒適”和“便利”做到了極致。首先，最大的亮點是超大的後院停車場，對於自駕遊的我們來説太友好了，停車方便又免費還不用錄入，完全不用擔心車位問題。其次，房間非常貼心！ 雙床房每張床都是1.35米寬，這比很多酒店的窄床舒服太多了，無論是帶家人還是朋友同住，都能睡得非常寬敞踏實。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，住着很安心。前台服務也非常好，細緻貼心！自助早餐雖然菜品基礎，但味道不錯，麪條、雞蛋、粥品該有的都有，能吃飽吃好，為一天行程充滿電。總的來説，這是一家懂得客人實際需求的酒店，性價比極高，絕對是下次來的首選！

在恩施住的盛華，我們兩家人一起來的，訂了個大床，一個雙床，酒店感覺還是像以前一樣，服務貼心，有什麼幫助一個電話打到前台，前台響應迅速，還有小童洗漱用品，因為我們帶了一個小朋友，還升級了一個親子房，這個服務簡直滿分！離車站也挺近的，主要是交通方便，也比較安靜！

跟朋友在火車站附近需要住宿。選擇了盛華，停車非常方便，後面就是充電樁，前台服務十分友好，特別的親切，從一進酒店大廳就有問候語，停車不需要辦理手續，自由進出就可以。對於我們自駕黨，特別友好！位置相比不特別繁華，但更加安靜，一晚上睡得非常好！我下次會再次選擇這家酒店
