別有洞天，皇家園林，綠水青山，猶如金庸《天龍八部》裏的琅環福地，負氧離子很高，環境十分安逸。外觀明見歷史，普通間的裝修應該有幾年了；高級間是新裝修，歲月洗禮後依然風華正茂，推薦高級單間。園林後面的森林公園還有一條户外橡膠跑道，十里蛙聲和玉笛，八村鳥語伴蟬鳴，荷塘月色，散步健身很愜意，推薦晚餐後出去轉一轉（推薦酒店正餐），酒店的環境絕對屈指可數。

手機充電器和充電線放房間忘了拿，聯繫酒店説安排打掃房間阿姨給看，但一直未得到回覆，離開房間不到半小時。

🔔服務：衝著有泳池才訂的這家酒店，官宣的圖片與現實的差距實在太讓人失望。最後衹有室內泳池開了，但是泳池衞生和管理那叫一個臟亂差，過道的水池裡還有死蒼蠅漂着。
🧹衞生：電梯裏都是煙頭，沒人打掃
🍃環境：酒店外環境還算不錯，但是酒店沒設施太舊，門鎖也有問題，房間裏保險櫃也是壞的。
🔔服務：早餐實在太差，品種又少，又難吃，服務員態度也很差。

酒店位置不錯，通過一條專用隧道抵達，彷彿室外桃園，鬧市中取靜。客房面積較大，裝修老一些，衞生還可以。房間提供直飲水，瓶裝水也挺好喝。早餐還行，停車方便

市區找到如此大的花園酒店非常難得，環境一級棒，有城市的便捷又享安靜的環境。衹是早餐的質量一般般。不過總體而言，是恩施性價比非常高的一家酒店，強烈推薦。

房間比較老舊，設施很有年代感，但不得不説，酒店佔地面積很廣，自帶的有户外游泳池，房間裏的吹風機工作兩分鐘就要罷工，吹個頭發半個小時也沒幹，酒店前台説沒有替代品。

前身應該是國賓館，整個酒店應該很大，不過因為很老了，顯得很陳舊，酒店還有游泳池，室外的有點臟，室內還可以！外圍還有些景觀，但是疏於打理，不怎麼乾淨的樣子！酒店空間很大，前台服務也不錯，這應該是整個恩施對防疫工作做的最全的地方了，每個人都詳細記錄了行程碼及身份訊息
