性價比挺高的！主要是早飯比較好，比較豐富！建築感覺特別豪氣，仿古建築感覺像個博物館！房間特別多！樓下雖然只有一個充電樁能用，至少多電車還是友好的！

這是一個老牌酒店，十幾年前這個酒店在恩施應該算豪華酒店了，現在從它的外觀和酒店的環境，能感受到，拍照很出片。我們入住的是沒有改造的房間，設備設施舊，但是不破，空調效果好，聲音很輕，衞生間特別好，馬桶，淋浴，麪池都隔開的。每天都贈送了水果和小點心。早餐品種正常，菜品比較新鮮，特別是酒店的餐飲無論是菜品和服務都值得表揚，不會用餐人數和點菜的少，降低服務，價格便宜。公共區域的牆體需要修復，看着破舊

酒店位置很好，環境優雅，鬧中取靜，設施一般，衞生狀況一般，馬桶打掃不太乾淨，邊緣有尿漬，需要加強保潔人員培訓，前天服務人員表情淡漠，缺乏服務意識，停車方便，早餐枱雞肋，基本上沒有啥吃的。
