價格便宜，國慶期間沒有亂漲價，酒店比較新。早餐加錢15一位，比較豐富。缺點就是酒店一點都不隔音，裏面設施比較簡單。不過這個價格已經很不錯了？

房間離鹿院坪景區很近，但是去的早的話還是建議開車，這樣可以直接開到景區售票處，又能少走2、300米，他們家在當地村子裏應該是非常好的民宿了，五層獨棟小樓，收拾的很乾凈，房東也非常熱情，我們到的時候天已經黑了，主動的挪車位幫忙搬箱子，除了飯菜胃口有點不適應，其他都很好～還有鹿院坪真的很美，不負此行！

去的時候打不到車老闆幫叫了車 很感謝！前台小姐姐温柔又好看 房間乾淨涼快 民宿服務很好 離景區三百米非常近 飯菜也好吃 回去的運氣好還蹭上了其他房客包的車哈哈哈哈

酒店老闆的老爸，特別客氣，讓我們停車他家，還幫買了優惠門票。但是淡季11月份，還是停到停車場遊客中心門口。因為遊客中心到大門口，上下坡還是挺多的路。要是旺季停到大門口，那就肯定選擇停他家裡。就是房間儘量選擇大的比較好。建議衞生間最好乾濕分離，哪怕按個浴簾也是好的。總體來説不錯的，

鹿院坪附近最好的民宿了，真心推薦，窗外就是山景很安靜，房間乾淨，還有電梯！！老闆很熱情，來這裏住一定一定要吃這裏的飯菜，尤其是老闆做的土鍋雞湯真的超級下飯，早餐量也特別足，炒菜也超級下飯……撐死

來了後，讓我深深感覺到古人的話不是沒有道理，總之恩施不會再來第二次，老闆前前後後兩幅面孔，賺不到錢立馬就態度大變，家人身體不適，他居然説，誰讓你帶他來這個地方，這是你的問題”真的沒見過這麼會詭辯的人，家人身體突然不適誰也不想，他居然説出這樣的風涼話，大家請避雷。
