The hotel is located near the commercial district, with convenient transportation, hot water, warm air, and small gifts 🎁, so happy! Especially the warm reception from the sister at the front desk! I noticed her work badge. Her last name is Quan. From the moment she entered the hotel to the moment she checked out and left, she helped with luggage storage and taxi calls. She was thoughtful and considerate, which added a lot of warmth to this trip. It turns out that Enshi is a great place with outstanding people and beautiful scenery. People who never post pictures and comment must share their very satisfying feelings. This B&B is great in all aspects. When I entered the room, I saw snacks and local green plums on the table. My 7-year-old baby and my 70-year-old mother both said they tasted good. It's very close to Enshi Grand Canyon, and the key is the store's special car pick-up and drop-off. The B&B has a viewing platform on the top floor, where you can see the mountains 360 degrees; there is a barbecue courtyard, where you can dine outdoors. After staying for 3 days, we had dinner outdoors. It felt like, oh, it was so comfortable; there is a swimming pool, we were stunned. I dedicated my first time playing in the water this summer to this mountain; there is a family suite where a family of four can live comfortably; there is a study room, but our cultural level is low and we failed to live up to the study room. In the mountains, as soon as the sun sets on a hot July day, the temperature is only 26 degrees. Enshi City has a 40-degree high temperature warning, but it’s so cool here! There is also detailed service. This B&B is the best I have ever experienced, bar none. I have stayed in many homestays in Sanya, Dali, Lijiang, Chengdu, etc., but all of them have more or less minor flaws. But there was no reason to say no. During this period, the child had a fever of 39.2, and the boss drove me to buy medicine; the child said he wanted to drink brown sugar water, and the boss went to town to buy it and delivered it to me; as soon as I sat down at the table in the backyard, my aunt brought me some medicine. We had selenium tea; we wanted to eat dinner out, but the boss placed mosquito coils around the dining table, and there were no mosquitoes; we finally had to drive out at 7 a.m., and the shop owner got up at around 5 a.m. to prepare breakfast for us. The normal breakfast time is 7:30, and there were no mosquitoes at all. Helped me to make an appointment for a shuttle bus... There are 6 people in the family, old and young, and we have traveled to many places, but Enshi left a very good impression on us, especially this ”Time Stops B&B”. I only hope that the boss will get rich and get better and better!

What an absolute GEM of an experience, a true B&B!! Everything about my stay was wonderful. The sweet elderly couple that runs this B&B was overly helpful, kind, and sweet. Despite our language barrier, they went above and beyond in the hospitality realm. They not only drove me to the Enshi Grand Canyon Visitor Center but also picked me up when I was finished. The breakfasts were amazing and super traditional. The spacious rooms have an unbeatable view!! They gave me free water for my hikes, and even a few beers on the house. If you are looking for a true B&B stay, do yourself a favor and stay here!!

When I checked out, the lady at the front desk ran out to enthusiastically remind me that they could help with pick-up at the airport and train station. Although I did not enjoy this service due to personal reasons, this thoughtful little gesture has enhanced the reputation of the hotel. Tea, snacks and fruits are all placed in the hotel lobby for guests to take; tangerines are provided in the room; breakfast is quite rich and the dishes are fresh. It is said that there is midnight porridge (with pictures), but the front desk staff did not actively remind me when I checked in last night, so I did not experience it. I would especially like to praise the two sisters who helped with changing rooms and delivering things. Their calm tone, sincere attitude and serious explanation added a touch of warmth to the journey. I give a thumbs up to their proactive and professional service. After changing the room, it was not as good as expected. The view was okay, and you could see the Cultural Center Square. Although the room type was upgraded, the area of ​​the standard room was limited and relatively cramped, which was somewhat different from the hotel's positioning. In short, the hotel is still working hard to do better, hoping to implement the awareness of proactive service to every employee and make up for the temporary shortcomings in hardware design!

I don’t usually eat much but I ate all the food in such a good environment. 😅 Life here slows down. I can take a good rest, look at the mountains, and listen to the sounds of birds and leaves.
