歷經一週的長途跋涉，今天中午終於來到恩施休息啦！新開業的恩施九州國際大酒店真的特別贊[強]，五星級酒店該有的它有，沒有的它也有，洗衣服務一直是我們長途旅行最最關注的事，我把衣服送過去，酒店洗衣服務的大姐負責烘乾，疊好送回房間太暖心啦！準備好的消毒巾、一次性坐便墊、一次性泡澡套、搓背巾海鹽等等，牙刷梳子都是木質的特別好用，礦泉水隨便喝，歡迎水果也不少，茶葉咖啡等品質都不錯，自助餐廳品種豐盛，住店客人衹要108，是北京298的品質[強]，從走進酒店，前台謝經理和小高、小楊她們就給予我很多關心照顧，幫我接收快遞等，非常熱情有親切感，因為喜歡所以連住了3天，並且連續三天在酒店自助餐廳吃晚飯，因為連續住，所以和客房服務員説不用打掃衞生了，結果人家還是特認真給你打掃，餐廳的人員服務也特別好，還有一個印度帥哥負責做拋餅，醉得很還吃。
我發了朋友圈，朋友們都説以後來恩施就住這裏，我們今天離開了，老伴還戀戀不捨，非讓我問問他們是不是連鎖？還哪裡有？我也喜歡，期待能遇到更多的九州國際大酒店分店

九洲國際酒店的服務簡直無可挑剔，員工們態度熱情，始終以客人為中心，讓我們感到非常温馨和舒適，無可挑剔！前台接待每一位態度都熱情友好，解答問題耐心周到，給予五星好評！特別是前台一位名字有點長的服務員還有小高，退房走了忘記開發票，及時給我們補開，服務非常周到！下次來恩施再住！

酒店整體設計非常不錯，新開業酒店，配套設施非常健全，主要是免費接送機服務非常到位，入住當天前台還給做了升級，房間很敞亮，很乾凈，視野開闊，房間智能控制系統用着也是非常的方便，房間裏還有免費minibar，工作人員也服務非常到位，本來打算住一天，對酒店的軟硬件配置非常滿意，所以又續住了兩天，下次還會再來入住這個酒店

第一次來恩施選擇了九洲，入住已經晚上九點多了，卻意外收到驚喜，酒店為我們房間升級，還準備了飲品，給疲憊的旅途增添些許温馨，非常感謝！行李員帥哥服務非常周到，非常耐心的幫我們介紹周邊美食，讓我們順順利利吃上了晚餐，酒店的早餐也非常棒，中西結合，品種豐富，適合不同人羣！

當班的謝經理給100分，全程在給其餘部門的同事擦屁股。
1.入住後找拖鞋，圖1。拖鞋袋寫着已消毒，非贈品。在我的理解裏這個事拖鞋就不是一次性的。打開後拖鞋是濕的。且看起來烏色的。
精彩的部分來了，聯繫前台，問是否有一次性拖鞋，告知我這個拖鞋就是一次性的，我説這個還是濕的，又告訴我這是一次性的。我説那既然是一次性的那給我拿雙新的，好了，圖二是後來送來的“新的”，我問包裝呢，告訴我拆了？就是新的、依舊是潮的。上面有洗完變形的部分…告訴我是新的、當我認不出新拖鞋？我不是非要一次性拖鞋，是你們告訴我這就是一次性的，但給我的又是舊的…
2.酒店17樓在裝修，電鑽一直響，下午想休息，根本沒辦法。你們作為恩施市（至少我當天定的時候）最貴的一家酒店。隔壁是另一個施工工地、自己酒店也在裝修，在網上運營部分不該告知下客人嗎？或者在前台入住的時候告知下呢？
酒店當班的謝經理100分，前後跑了我房間3次。送來了晚安牛奶，第二天的早餐卷，還有一盒茶葉、並且一直在賠禮道歉。一直在給其餘同事的失誤道歉，你們酒店應該給這位經理加雞腿。還給我提出了放假打折和升級房型我都婉拒了。
發這條評論，為了給酒店當班經理表示感謝，第一時間處理客訴，且道歉的態度和解決方案都給滿分。
但酒店其餘的問題必須講：你們保潔部糊弄我的問題和運營部不提前告知客人室外對着施工工地以及室內裝修的問題。
