很不錯，酒店就在火車站隔壁位置很方便，旁邊就是小吃街，酒店設施比較齊全，房間有電腦還贈送了水果，還有接送服務，走的時候把我們送到了機場，前台田嬌小美女還貼心的送了我一份小禮物。

因為有充電樁來住的酒店，旁邊是恩施風情街，各種賣茶賣飯賣特產的店。酒店大堂黑漆漆，房間比一般標間小，倒是乾淨整潔，奇葩的是半敞開式的衞生間，大燈竟然是自動的，且不能調節，一人起夜另一人絕對要被強光晃醒，蹲時間長了它又自動滅了，不知設計時咋想的。

住宿體驗好，性價比高。酒店距客運站和機場都很近，出行極方便。周圍有民俗街、超市和高品質水果店，生活也很方便。酒店房間很大，視野開闊，衞生間設施保養得不錯，淋浴和床鋪床品都舒服，前台及打掃衞生的服務員和小徐都很熱情負責。唯一遺憾的是早餐中的熱菜不太合口味，酥肉好吃但香酥雞和新奧爾良雞（每天有）都是我吃過口感最差的，希望改善。

這次來恩施旅遊，選的奧山雅閣酒店真的太讓人滿意啦！位置簡直無敵，就在恩施站附近，拖着行李步行幾分鐘就能到，省了好多打車的時間和費用。而且周邊出行、覓食都超方便，不管是去各個景點還是市區遊玩，交通都四通八達。辦理入住的時候，前台的工作人員態度熱情又專業，不僅快速辦理好了手續，還細心介紹了酒店的各項服務和周邊好玩的地方，好感度直接拉滿。房間的設施齊全又舒適，床品柔軟乾淨，睡了三天每晚都超香。衞生間乾濕分離，各種洗漱用品品質也很高。酒店的早餐也必須誇一誇，中西結合，土家特色早點像恩施豆皮、合渣湯，還有各種麪包、水果、牛奶，選擇豐富，味道也很不錯，每天早上都能吃得飽飽的開啟元氣滿滿的一天。住了1天的住宿體驗堪稱完美，下次來恩施，肯定還選奧山雅閣酒店！

凌晨到的酒店，前台小姐姐特別有耐心幫忙辦理入住~🌙 免費車接到酒店，一路上司機師傅還細心介紹恩施旅遊。早上的自助餐品種好多，中西搭配豐富，居然還有現點的小籠包。退房的時候前台小姐姐告訴我以後住店可以提前預訂接送機，好貼心呀！全程服務態度都很專業，房間打掃乾淨整潔，床單被套都有陽光的味道😊

我對奧山雅閣酒店的好感度簡直爆棚！酒店非常乾淨，一進房間就能感受到那種整潔的氣息，就連洗澡水都特別好，水温合適，水流也很穩定。地理位置更是沒得説，在火車站附近，出行方便，周邊還有很多餐館和便利店，生活便利。前台的工作人員服務態度特別好，不管是辦理入住還是諮詢問題，都能得到耐心的解答和熱情的幫助。唯一美中不足的是，辦理入住的時候稍微等了一會兒，而且問有沒有礦泉水水的時候，前台小姐姐説要去房間才有（大廳也有茶水台）。不過總體來説，瑕不掩瑜，這家酒店真的是火車站附近的絕佳選擇，下次來我肯定還住這兒！
