One of the better hotel around the area with more than reasonable price. The rooms has no smells and clean. The service and attitude of staff was professional and really nice, stayed there for 2 night and extended one more as it has great location. They provide laundry services which is great. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay here again if i come back to this city.

No staff member understands English, and breakfast seems to be for mainly Chinese guests.

We have stayed a second round at the hotel because the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Joyce who had help us to retrieve our stored luggage after our first visit. She was helpful and has good memories to be able to recognise us and allocated the same room we stayed before👍. Ms 向小燕 has been very helpful and was able to enlighten us with useful information on places of interest and issues on transportation.

The room is large and clean. The shampoo and shower gel are quite easy to use. The hot water is very comfortable. Liu at the front desk is very attentive and enthusiastic. There are many varieties of breakfast and the taste is quite good. There are snacks and milk in the room every day, which is very friendly for those of us who go out every day and cannot have lunch.

Very close to the train station and bus station, the hotel has complete facilities. There is a convenience store downstairs and a restaurant street, which is very convenient. If you sign up for a tour group, you can get on the bus downstairs, and you can get off nearby when you come back to the Grand Canyon.
