I’ll start with the room: clean, spacious, nice balcony but bathroom needs renewal, broken fridge door. Pool area is nice, but pool bar is closed and no staff available to order drinks from Somewhere else, except for weekends. I tried renting a kayak or Padel board when I arrived, no staff available to assist after 3pm, came back the next day all the equipment was being used by kids from a summer camp. I remembered Marina Grill had great burgers and a perfect view to enjoy a glass of wine… closed too! the concierge said the hotel is understaffed during the low season, in July??! I was rejected from attending a timeshare program presentation by pacific residence club, even if I complied with the annual income requirements because my husband was not with me at the moment. stupid and discriminating. I paid $260 for a 1 night stay and breakfast in a 3.5 star hotel with very basic amenities (pool and gym)

Not sure how this hotel has a 4.5 rating on TripAdvisor as it should be a 1 star. Rooms had a bad odor and the carpet is so nasty and needs replacing badly. I would avoid this property until they do a thorough remodel. There are also a lot of load parties going on late at night on the balconies.

My daughters and I stayed here on a Sunday. The staff was pleasant, the restaurant was good, the indoor pool and hot tub were nice. Our room looked out to the ocean. We took a nice walk around the marina. Parking was easy. I would stay here again.

This hotel discriminates and takes advantage of people who have contracted Covid. I had a reservation as part of a group event (wedding) and I contracted Covid and being sick it would have been miserable to travel and I DID NOT WANT TO EXPOSE THE HOTEL STAFF AND GUESTS TO COVID, so called and cancelled my reservation. I spoke with Jackeline, who was rude and disrespectful and said the only way they could cancel would be if I sent a photo of my positive Covid test. I emailed it and then they charged my credit card anyway! I called again and emailed again only to have Jackeline respond to me and say they would not issue a refund because I did not include my name on the test and a photo of my id (which I would've included if she had originally asked for that!). The airline was very understanding about me having Covid and having to cancel. But clearly, this hotel just takes advantage of people being sick and those who are respectful to not want to spread Covid! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Booked this hotel for the weekend because the hotel I usually stay was booked. The room I got 611 was horrible outdated broken chair, ac unit control broken carpet old dirty and lifting told front desk and totally didn’t cared. I pay half cash and on the receipt the girl Leslie was putting a less amount than what I had given her until I told her. Bar area chairs is horrible rip outdated really makes the hotel look old and very outdated. Spa was horrible on the massage services I usually go to get massages in tijuana which is way better all they did here was rub your back with oil no pressure didn’t feel relax at all with that service. Very dissatisfied experience and will not recommend this outdated hotel.

I’ve always loved this hotel. We’ve been coming here every year for now 30 years since it was built. We taught our four children to swim in the swimming pool here. It held a cherished place for us. But unfortunately It has been progressively getting worse over the years. And now we finally feel like we don’t want to come back, which is a sad conclusion. Rooms- still clean but has become pretty run down. Bathrooms are all original tile. Cracked and broken. Plumbing is not good. Toilets barely flush. Showers not nice. TV’s super small 27”. No stir sticks or spoons to stir in room coffee. Pool- since Covid the chairs and tables have not been replenished. Not enough to go around. Pool bar is run down. The management is still Covid paranoid and signage and masks are prevalent even at this late stage of the pandemic. No salt and pepper shakers. No mimosas or bloody Mary’s allowed with breakfast hour service . Pretty strange policy. Very disappointed they could not keep up the same quality the hotel started with.

My husband and I decided to stay at this hotel dear Ensenada service was excellent. Rooms were nice and spacious. How room had a beautiful view of the water. We had breakfast at the restaurant which they had a brunch with us very good with various options. I really enjoyed their omelette station. Their service was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

El mejor hotel de todo Ensenada desde comida , a servicios , a limpieza en los cuartos camas muy comodas / Best hotel In Ensenada beds are super clean food is amazing and got the best view 100% recommended!! The service is super fast and their activities are dope they have a bunch of things to do
