Amazing 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with amazing views. My family and I have personally decorated our place to make our guests feel at home. Our condo is located in the neighborhood of Puerta del Mar. Catavina II, a gated community. It is about 15 from all of the action of down town and about 5 minutes from the Macro Plaza del Mar. There is no public transportation so plan on driving or taking Uber or another taxi service. There is a shared pool in the community. There are 2 parking spots available, please only park in designated parking spot.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 12:00 PM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Not suitable for toddlers.About customRules:Please follow rules posted in pool area.Pool is closed on Mondays for maintenance.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.Smoking is only allowed on the balconies.About events:No events allowed.
