Mya Hotel Boutique

Had the most fantastic stay at Mya Hotel. It is one of the best-kept hidden gems and newer hotels in Valle de Guadalupe. I highly recommend it because this boutique hotel is curated for peace and tranquility. The staff is more than accommodating and exemplifies what exceptional service is. You feel at home right when you walk into the hotel. The staff is just a Whastapp message away from anything you need! Everything to the thick plush towels, bedding, relaxing music, hot rain shower, all the amenities are high-quality and chosen carefully by the owners who we met during breakfast in our stay. Breakfast is included in our stay and it was absolutely amazing each morning to enjoy delicious coffee, matcha, and fresh breakfast cooked by their wonderful staff. The rooms are sound-proof and you can get a peaceful night sleep and the bed was extremely comfortable! The property is 5-star, and we will be coming back to Mya for years to come. If you want peace, reset, and cozy vibes, this is it! You feel at home here, and it's centrally located and close to everything in Valle. The owners are expanding the property and I'm excited to see what else they bring to this magical place. You will have an absolutely amazing time and stay if you choose Mya Hotel, hands down 5-star service, amenities, and rooms. You will thank yourself if you choose this place to stay.

We had a family trip with large group and booked 10 rooms at Mya. This was our first stay at this hotel. Everyone in the group loved the quaint, beautiful design, great service and friendly staff. Rooms are modern and clean, there is hot water ( those who stay in Valle often know that hot water can be an issue). Each room has its own AC/heating units. All rooms open up to the courtyard with a pool in the middle: the garden is beautiful, and we enjoyed lounging outside. The breakfast area is beautiful and we all enjoyed sitting under the shade of pepper trees. There are two courts for tennis/pickleball. The Olivea Farm restaurant is on the property which highlights mostly vegetables grown on the property and/or sourced locally. Restaurant has a Michelin recognition, overall I liked the dinner experience but I wouldn’t be in hurry to try it again. We will certainly stay at the Mya hotel again.

A beautiful oasis that was perfect after a day of winery hopping. The decor and furniture was such high quality and the staff was incredibly friendly. It was a bit cool for the pool but we enjoyed coffee and breakfast in the sun and wandering the grounds. Thank you for such a beautiful stay!

MYA is an absolutely beautiful property at the beginning of the Valle area, just over the hill from Ensenada. Despite the proximity to the road, the team have done a great job of creating a calming oasis away from the hustle of Ensenada and the overwhelming choice of amazing restaurants, bars and wineries in the valley. The rooms are carefully and stylishly appointed and had everything we needed. Housekeeping was organised on demand and was perfect whenever we asked for it. We had fantastic weather for February, and so did get a chance to jump in the pool, although it was definitely on the cooler side. There is a heating system which will be operational in the coming months. MYA has something I have almost never experienced at any of the hotel stays I have been around the world, an absolutely stunning and incredibly thoughtful restaurant attached, called Olivea. Anywhere else in the world this would be at least a one-star Michelin. The food was glorious, the service wonderful and the setting calming and comforting. We loved it so much we tried the 8-course tasting menu twice in our week-long stay. On top are the Padel courts allowing unlimited access, the herb and vegetable gardens and a lovely bar area with fire pits making this a really boutique and extraordinary resort. The biggest highlight of the whole trip though, was the wonderful staff, particularly Ange, the owner (along with her husband Mike). Ange went above and beyond to make this a truly memorable stay. Huge congratulations to them both for building something so beautiful and joyous. We are sure to return!

Mya exceeded our expectations, which were already high based on previous reviews. Cleanliness is one of my top priorities and everything from our room to the rest of the grounds was very clean and well-maintained. A lot of attention to detail was given to the design and amenities in the room (we appreciated the thick fluffy towels, quality paper and bath products, shoe wipes, bottled water, etc). I forgot the gentleman’s name who greeted us near the huerta, but he was incredibly friendly and a wonderful asset to the team. Before dinner he gave us a tour of the garden and let us sample the many different plants that would later be used in our dinner at Olivea. The following day he also gave us a quick lesson on how to play pádel! Olivea was the best meal we had on our trip, and we regretted eating there our first night because it made the food in the rest of the Valle taste subpar in comparison. Everything from the garden was extremely fresh and flavorful and the chef really showcased each course beautifully. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and continued to emphasize on “farm to fork.” It was a great value to be included in our stay. We felt very relaxed and at home in the atmosphere at Mya. We enjoyed sitting by the pool, the privacy and soundproofing in the room, as well as getting a delicious pistachio cocktail by the fire pits at night. Lastly, we found the location near the main road to be ideal and provided easy access for traveling around the valley. If you stay at other hotels in Valle de Guadalupe, you might find yourself struggling to drive 15 min on uneven dirt roads every time you want to come and go from your hotel. Mya made everything so convenient and we can’t wait to come back again!

We had the greatest time at MYA Hotel! The rooms and all the landscaping is gorgeous. The breakfast (which was included) was delicious and very filling. It included eggs (to order), beans, tortillas, fruit or muffin, and coffee or juice. The paddle ball courts were a fun addition and free to use. It was great to have the ability to exercise before enjoying wine & food all day. There were also fire pits that we enjoyed sitting by in the evening and staff even brought us water and blankets, which was very thoughtful. We did not try the restaurant on site for dinner, but definitely will next time. The owner, Angie, was very welcoming and even gave us a tour of the farm where they grow all the produce for their farm-to-table dinners. I highly recommend staying at this lovely little hotel.
