I had booked 2 nights for my family of 4. I messaged the owner to confirm it was the lodge with a hot tub. Which she confirmed. I have the messages all saved. But the owner decided to message me to say I was booked into a room in her house, said no, definitely the lodge (as previous messages confirmed this.) Said it was a room in her house, to which I refused. She never tried to accommodate me, or apologise for her mistake, or offer me alternative dates. And then blocked me. I was so disappointed and horrified at her unprofessionalism and manner. Thankfully, we got accommodation elsewhere, and that owner was so accommodating and kind. And could not believe the way I was treated, by WILLOWBANK HOUSE owner.

Willowbank House is set in a stunning location with extensive views of the lovely River Erne. We were given a warm welcome by Shaun and his daughter. They showed us to our room which was clean and had all facilities you need, although it was on the small side. However, we were only staying one night so that really was neither here nor there. Shaun gave us good advice about where to eat and what to see in Enniskillen. The breakfast served by Aoife was outstanding. Perfect scrambled eggs on smoked salmon and the best Full Irish ever! the place to stay if you're in Enniskillen.

Our second visit to Willowbank House, delighted to say, once again it felt like going to visit friends. A very relaxed home from home experience. Some new features added which only further enhance the experience. Also the breakfasts are amazing!!!

Yet another great stay in Willowbank House. Aoife and Shaun always the perfect hosts. There really is nowhere else we would want to stay while down in Enniskillen. Great views, great rooms, great breakfasts and always great craic. The amount of return visitors they have says a lot about how good Willowbank really is.

Willowbank House is an excellent B&B that offers quality accommodation. We have stayed on a number of occasions as a family with our three children, and now as a couple. Aoife and Shaun are excellent hosts who have a lovely house in a super location offering great peace and tranquility. Rooms are clean and comfortable and there is a guest room with books, dvds and childrens games. Breakfast is exceptional, what to choose is the only issue. We would thoroughly recommend a visit.

A unique place to which we eagerly return. A great place in the garden for any activity and a barbecue. There is also a games room inside in case of rain. From board games to PlayStation. The breakfast was delicious and very nice people. Thanks Aoife and Shaun. All the best!

Amazing bed & breakfast with a most stunning location and lake views. Hosts Shaun & Aoife are extremely nice and very welcoming. Couldn't fault anything about my stay and a beautiful freshly cooked breakfast set me up for the day ahead. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area, you will not regret it 😊

Aoife &Shaun were the perfect hosts-friendly &accommodating.Breakfast was hotel stanard(in fact better than some hotels we have stayed in) Cosy exceptionally clean rooms-fresh milk a nice touch Wish had a longer stay to trial Shaun's massage technique. Thanks for a lovely stay with a great view which will be even better in the summer months when the garden view no doubt adds to the experience
