We arrived early i. e before the checked in time but the hotel allowed us to check-in and leave our luggage. They transferred all our luggage into our rooms. The room was compact but have all the basic amenities. The location is within a reasonable walking distance and easy to identify from the Chitose Station. Overall, we had a pleasant stay with the Hotel.

Better deal booked via trip.com, 2adults+1kid, we booked an executive room with 4 single bed, 3 breakfast. Spacious room with sofa, a small living hall. Good location and service.
