Everything was a okay no complaints besides that the breakfast I was looking forward to since my last hotel stay ( different business) did not offer breakfast because of covid..to find out breakfast is only a mini cereal bowl / multi grain bars. No hot breakfast like I assumed when I was told that breakfast was offered. My fault for assuming and again that I understand is a state precautions not the companies fault.

The check in process was fast and easy. The room was nice and extremely clean that’s a plus for me. The staff very nice but especially I want to give thanks to the maintenance guy for helping me open my room door while my daughters were in the room sleeping with the latch on the door I couldn’t get them to wake up and open the door so ty maintenance for your help on this matter. Love the outdoor pool! Will defenitely be booking here again soon!!

Unbelievably bad service by Taylor, Front Desk Manager/Supervisor. When we came back to our room at the end of the night there were issues immediately. There was a missing lightbulb in one of the light fixtures, only one TINY trash can in the entire room, and the video cable for the TV was nonexistent. Along with the room just feeling like it was in disrepair, and had not received a deep cleaning in some time. These maintenance issues were remedied. The manager on duty at the time, a gentleman, was very accommodating and kind. As was the gentleman that came to the room, this would have been the night of April 21, 2022. Around 10PM when the complaint was placed. We did our best to enjoy our stay in the TINY overpriced and frankly not entirely clean room the best we could. The day before checkout another kind manager gave us a late checkout for the next day. I wish I had remembered his name, though I did not know I would be writing this review until the night of 5/12/2022, this evening. We noticed what turned out to be an improperly placed smoking charge on our card. We called to discuss our dispute with the manager on duty at the hotel. This evening, 5/12/2022, at approximately 7 PM. Taylor answered the phone. She was the manager on duty. She explained that the charge was for smoking in the room and that there was some sort of evidence in the room. I made it clear my wife and I don’t even smoke and asked for said evidence. Taylor immediately became argumentative and told me that “you can take that up with your credit card company”. I explained that I had worked in the hotel industry (I was a manager for a hotel company in San Diego some years ago) and that it is blatantly clear when someone had smoked in a room and that they must have gotten the room wrong she repeated that I would “have to take it up with them” and then she HUNG UP THE PHONE. She hung up on us. I called back, asked for her manager, she indicated that she was the manager and I tried to continue the conversation, asking why she had hung up on me. She said “because I was stating a fact and there is no dispute”. I explained that it is indeed a dispute, over the opinion of the hotel being I smoked in a room I hadn’t smoked in. SHE HUNG UP AGAIN. I called back, asking for the name of her General Manager. She said his abbreviated first name, and told me to talk to him in the morning and HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. I decided it might be nice to have his full name, given the fact that the issue had now become about her service, and not the fee, and that I wanted to make sure I talked to the right person. I called back, just asking for his last name, she HUNG UP on me again, I called back a final time, again asking for her managers name, and she again hung up on me. I called the neighboring property and obtained the General Managers full name. I placed a call with corporate customer support and opened a case regarding Taylor’s service. An Excellent stay it was indeed for me! The accommodations are some of the best I have ever had the privilege to enjoy on kinda short notice, it seemed at the time. My Suite was designed nearly Excellently....I just Loved it!! You can do as you will discreetly....much like being in the comforts of your own dream home, it seems! Being in the middle of demographic changes like I am, this site property premises become a most welcome discovery for me in such a great location, with local venue options in near perfect location to these suites! This being the case with future job obligations rising accordingly. Such terrific dining service, Excellent food for a daily meal! I felt very much at home for a change, rather than just typical lodging facility. Just all-around Excellent Service by an Excellent Staff!! Thank You All So Much for now!! Facilities are newer and well kept. I have zero complaints admit my stay here. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, I woke up to late for the breakfast or I'd comment on that as well.

Surprisingly nice hotel. My room was clean and well maintained. I was especially impressed by the comfort of the mattress and the softness of the sheets. Water pressure in the shower was not good, so I’m going to knock of a star for that. Also, the “down” button outside the elevators on the third floor was missing, so if you wanted to head down to the lobby, you had to hit the “up” button to summon the elevator. I could see this being a problem when the hotel is busy and many people are trying to use the elevators. Breakfast was ok. Not amazing, but adequate and definitely better than other “free” breakfasts I’ve had at hotels. There’s not much to do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, so I think that’s why it’s cheaper than many of the hotels in the area. However, it’s convenient to the Mile High stadium which I was the location of the event I was in Denver for.

Very good, much better than I imagined

My stay was great I was never hassled about anything everything worked, and I felt comfortable and safe. Too bad the breakfast is suspended because of the plague sigh although drinks are still available tho as for single women good luck... sp**** comes to mind.

First off let me say the management at this hotel is the worse I have ever experienced , on my stay of September 19th I got ready and went out to eat as coming back into my room I saw a bed bug and called down to the front desk to express my concern to management and show her the picture of the bed bug and they switched me rooms, as I was looking around in the new room I saw that the fire alarm was tapped off allowing no air to enter it to sense smoke , I brought these concerns to the front desk lady the next morning and she told me management would be getting in contact with me waited all day and heard nothing I called them and got laughed at and made it seem like it wasn’t a concern to them and they said they inspected both rooms and found no bed bugs or alarm taped up , as far as the bed bugs go they don’t just disappear by them selfs , as for the hotel I was never comped my room or a sorry from anymore on the property just be careful saying here

My husband and I spent a couple days here and were pretty satisfied with it. The room was clean and nice. And the bed was very comfortable!! Location was great as well. They charge a daily fee of $35 for parking but there are plenty of other parking garages close for way less. They have a 24 hour self service spot where you can buy snacks and drinks which was helpful. The elevator was extremely slow and a part of our floor was under construction. Also, the pool water was way too warm. It may be listed on their website as heated but I was not prepared. It was 98 degrees outside and we couldn’t even sit in the pool. The biggest complaint was the service. I asked one of the front desk gentlemen if we could bring drinks up to the rooftop pool or if there was bar service and he had no idea. His response was “I think you can?” When we got up to the pool and tried to call to order food and drinks they told me we had to come down and order it from the bar and pick it up from the bar. Which is fine but at the pool area they literally had a phone, next to a menu, and a sign that said use this phone to order food?? They also only have breakfast and dinner hours listed but when I asked if they do lunch too she wasn’t sure and put me on hold to check. It was just a little misleading. Like how do you not know if you serve lunch too? The only awesome service we had was the bartender we had for lunch and drinks. He was knowledgeable and quick to take care of us. Overall 4/5 hotel stay. We would probably come back since the bed was comfy and the room was nice and spacious.
