The unit was very clean. That is about the last positive thing I can say. When we got there, there was no parking space allotted for our unit. I called the owner and they wanted us to park across the street. When I said that that was unacceptable, they decided that since they were not full, we could park in an empty unit’s space. The first thing we saw when we got in was a sign saying that the owners were “graciously allowing us” to stay in their facility. Not the best way to start off a relationship. The bedroom was tiny. There were about 7 inches between the double bed and the walls on either side. The air from the AC did not reach into the bedroom, which was unbearably hot. We attempted to sleep on the pullout sofa. I say attempted because there was a metal bar across the bed under the pitifully thin mattress. My husband took the bedroom. I put the sofa back in its original state and slept on it. At least the sofa cushions were relatively soft. The bath tub was chipped and there was rust along one side of it. Every surface was covered with little knickknacks. We had to move them so that we would have a place for our toothbrushes and toiletries. The same was true in the rest of the unit. We would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
