Such a nice friendly and welcoming hotel. Spent some time in the Resturant area which they had very good options in the evening meal.. would highly recommend this hotel for its location, the rooms and lovely staff. After a busy a day in London this was a nice place to relax

A fantastic hotel, which I believe will be a new staging ground for us whenever we venture into London. The on-site parking is super convenient after driving down. The hotel is lovely, and the staff are lovelier still. We'll definitely be back.

I had to drop a quick review to compliment some of the staff working at this site. Laylee - worked her socks off made even more problematic due to having to show people how to get into the car park... could someone at Premier Inn please assist and get the keypad replaced/ repaired?! Anyhow she remained calm and helpful throughout despite being knee deep in assisting people checking in... another one for @PremierInn - the automated check-in needs further work as I didn't witness anyone able to check-in using this automated service without human intervention! Now a word about Lallo in the kitchen... cooked my poached eggs in no time at all but what is remarkable is how beautifully he had presented the cooked breakfast servings.... someone that clearly takes particular pride in his job... Premier Inn should use a photo of this in their PR shots! All in all the stay in the room was typical Premier Inn, clean, comfortable and with AC too making the hot day melt into a cool refreshing room to sleep. The shower is weak... could do with mains pressure to push the water through, but all in all it was the staff that made this stay memorable! I do hope someone from head office reads this and recognisees the staff for their effort?

This was my third stay at this Premier Inn .I prefer the Kings Cross location but , depending on timing , this one is half to one third the price and only twenty minutes or so further on the Picadilly line with the station just around the corner.Due to it's relatively small size there is not much vibe to the hotel, especially now that they have an automated checkin, how bizarre.( The front desk people are the heart of a hotel.) The rooms are a good size, the bed extremely comfortable, good shower pressure and the breakfast is varied, fresh with a great selection and reasonably priced.

Very helpful particularly after the booking mess with the sister hotel in New Southgate. They were so incompetent and rude. London Southgate has a great manager and friendly and helpful staff. Overall comfortable and good value for money.

Mould growing out of shower head, not what you would expect after paying £198 for 1 night, never jumped out of shower so quick

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but the bathroom specifically the shower head had mould on it and really bad limescale which limited the spray and is also a really high Legionella and Cryptosporidium risk (Legionnaires disease !) I reported this to Premier inn customer care but they did not seem to be too concerned and did not want to see the pictures I had taken. I have stayed in many Premiers inns but the shower in this one was definitely the worst.

I found the staff to be wonderfully helpful as well as attentive and polite. All in all, a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.
