Best Encarnacion Spa Hotels

The hotel was great, but there was little things throughout the stay that made it not so great. There was an outlet cover missing and there were loud people outside drinking until after midnight. The shower door leaked, and the water didn't drain well from the bathroom floor. This left us with a wet towel in the bathroom floor. The chairs are limited around the pool, and most often there wasn't a lot of people, but all the chairs had towels reserving them. There were a few other little things that were minor but aggregating. It's unfortunate, because it would take very much to have made it a perfect vacation.

Hermosas instalaciones y buena ubicación, inmejorable vistas. En general personal amable y dispuesto a colaborar con una estancia agradable pero aún con hotel lleno y buen clima no brindan todos los servicios que disponen como ser el Rooftop muy promocionado, su confitería Arasá y el Spá que según ellos sólo se habilita en temporada de diciembre a febrero (conste que el hotel en la semana que hospedamos se encontraba lleno total por semana santa y un clima fabuloso). Un punto sumamente negativo que haría que ya no decidiera volver al lugar y tampoco recomendar al menos para familias es el servicio de Desayunador con su ”persona a cargo” que lo único que hace en días de poca afluencia de gente es tratar de limitar el horario de desayuno dejando las mesas con carteles señalizados de Reservado ya listo con vajilleria para el almuerzo aunque sean las 09 am; también el café, la leche y el agua para el té te lo deja frío si no te levantas a desayunar a tempranas horas que entiendo es lo induce con los actos. En días de hotel lleno la reposición de comestibles es pésima mientras más se acerca el horario de las 10am en que cierran el desayuno dejando desde 30 minutos antes prácticamente solo las sobras, cuando es bien sabido que si uno va de días de vacaciones y más aún con niños es poco probable que estés al desayuno entre las 07 y las 08am. No existe flexibilidad ninguna con el horario de cierre del desayunador aun en fines de semana o feriados, así como también es a destacar un detalle no menor que no cuentan con ningún sector de alimentos para celíacos. Tampoco poseen servicio en la Alberca amenos mientras nuestra estancia que fue durante 06 días de semana santa y a hotel lleno. No volvería ni recomendaría y le quitaría al menos una estrella y media
