Good welcome, very good value for money, too bad, dishwasher full and microwave not very clean, but as we ultimately didn't use it, it was very good, everything else was spot on.

They advertise Qye there is a sauna and you get there and they say they closed it 2 years ago. The cleaning is quite fair of crystals and under the sofa, doors…. The beds are very comfortable The kitchen is quite complete and clean. Very close to everything and quiet area. You pay a supplement to have an apartment with a terrace that really gave us a lot of game with views of the canal. The terrace is not very big but for 4 it is very good There is a pool, mini golf and jacuzzi upstairs in the attic but at 7 pm it closes and you can't be upstairs for security (the time is a bit short when you're on vacation but the staff goes home)

I do not recommend. The apartment is not clean, the furniture is damaged or very rusty. The place is old, the price is not consistent with the service. Insufficient insulation, especially at the level of the toilet pipes. Nice view of the entrance to the port, many boats pass by.

Very good. Very nice and professional staff, very good apartment, we had taken a room and on arrival we were "upgraded" to a larger apartment with a terrace and a second bedroom so nothing to say perfect. The view directly on the canal is magnificent and very quiet. Only small negative point could be the kitchen poorly cleaned by the previous occupants, and the noise of the hood at night, but nothing very disturbing. Not that close to the center we took the car to go eat.

We spent 10 days in this residence. We took an apartment for 5 people, very clean on our arrival, but I still had to do a little bleaching in the bathroom and toilet, spacious apartment, the setting is ideal seen on the marina. (too bad without a balcony despite my request) but it was good all the same. The very clean swimming pools, one downstairs and one on the roof with magnificent views, there are always free deckchairs and never too many people, so very pleasant and relaxing. The staff is dedicated and super pleasant and everything is nearby without being too close to the center so quiet but there is some negative point to know we took a parking space for more comfort but unfortunately some poorly behaved people park in front of your place and you can no longer have access to the place that you paid for, we have reported it but the staff will not be able to do anything so it is a bit painful especially when you have paid and someone else can park there. torn out, the bathroom a little dilapidated it would need to be refreshed a little and the sofa bed really not comfortable we had very very bad backs it's sad to pay for an apartment considering for 5 people and sleep on an old sofa not comfortable I think it's worth seeing again!! But overall it was very nice
