Our room needs new mattress. You can look at it and see the sag in the middle. Other than that the room was fine. It’s a shame there isn’t more dining options available. Only one National restaurant available. We’ll drive further north to find a more suitable hotel and more dining options.

We travel a lot and have stayed at many pet friendly hotels.But this place was above the others. Are rooms very clean, The lobby is big and nice and wide.Open and very clean and the staff is very friendly. On our trips from savannah up to maryland we will be staying at this hotel for now on when we stop in Emporia.

I liked that it was right off of 95. The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly. The staff was helpful and made sure everything was kept clean.

This hotel is in a good location, right off the highway. The breakfast was sufficient, and the check in was easy. Overall the hotel is decent, but the bathrooms in the rooms need to be kept cleaner.

One of the cleaner and nicer roadside hotels in this stretch of I-95. (Emporia). The only thing is it appears to be on a major truck access road, and some of the rooms are very close to that road, making them somewhat noisy. No other issues or concerns. Would stay here again.

The hotel did not have an elevator, I was put in a king size room that was filthy. The carpet smelled like urine and my pant legs as I walked from the bed to the bathroom. Luckily I had taken off my socks. I had to put my clothes in a garbage bad they smelt so bad.
I told the office when I checked out about the room and nothing was done about it.I will not stay in a Best Western again.

We were in rm 117, the ac unit leaked during the night causing a 6 foot square area of wet carpeting. In rm 119, the ac unit would not generate any heat during the night.

Got to room- toilet clogged, couldn’t get it cleared. Went to a second room, the water pressure was almost non-existent. Couldn’t take a shower.
