Premier Inn Bristol East (Emersons Green)

Cold dry food . Returned . I can’t work out why ? 3 chefs working ( I was sat by the kitchen) not busy at all plenty empty tables . Iam a foody so I watch the kitchen , the staff don’t care , minimum portions , cold dry food. My local whitch is sad , so no more !!!!!

Hotel need condemning, The hotel was very dirty and run down there was an overall smell of sweaty feet and stale arm pit. The fan in the bathroom was so noisy you couldn't put the light on. room not clean, hair in the plughole, shower with no water pressure. breakfast terrible not cooked properly, inedible

I booked in on the day. The receptionist Mia was really helpful because I forgot my glasses lol. I needed peace and quiet so she got me a room at the end which was quiet. Lovely room and choice of pillows. The bed was comfortable…..but only gripe was, the air conditioning was on all night. I don’t think you can turn it off ???

The hotel was easy to find with the satnav. The car park is very big and easy to park. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. All the staff (Beefeater as well) are so friendly and helpful. I had a choice where I wanted my room. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. I chose to have a room with just a shower. There are no lifts and I had a big suitcase, soI had a room on the ground floor, there are lots of rooms. It was quite a walk to my room, but it was quiet where I was. I noticed work going on in some of the rooms and I was warned about scaffolding and possible noise between 8 am and 6pm. I didn't see any scaffolding and I didn’t have any issues with any work noise.

I bought this overnight stay for my friend and her family as she had lost both her parents the previous Christmas. She lives in London and we live in Bitton so it was a great place which was close to us, lots of parking, easy to get to and very comfortable. It was lovely to have her closer to us, and they absolutely loved the room and the big breakfast the next day. Thank you for giving us all this special time together.

This hotel's position was the perfect choice for visiting friends & family who live nearby and whom we were visiting over Christmas. Car parking was always available whatever time we returned. Booking in was so simple with the reference in my email and was handled with great efficiency and very pleasantly. The room was spacious, clean & warm. The hotel was also very quiet with next to no noise from other guests, certainly not anything that caused any problems. Meals were available when we wanted them, which suited us as we were eating with our friends & family much of the time. All the staff we encountered were most helpful and very pleasant and treated us as people, not just numbers. We really did feel welcomed. A great experience. We would definitely book again if and when we need somewhere to stay.
