Room smelled like cigarette smoke and the carpet was ripped. The bathtub was plugged and did not drain water Called down to front desk to fix it… never happened. The pool was nice the first day and the hot tub was broken. The second day the pool was as cold as ice. Overall the location is great with lots of access to food confectionary and grocery.

Rooms were very clean and beds were nice. Kids liked the pool. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were wonderful when my husband had to go to the hospital. They gave us a later check out to accomodate our family.

impossible to get any sleep, people running around the halls all night and partying. only nice thing was amenities close by and the pool was mostly empty and had to ourselves because the hotel was filled with people partying and not families.

Our check in was uneventful, although the front desk person was very busy fielding calls, they were friendly and efficient. We were put on the 3rd floor in a lovely room with a very comfortable bed. Unfortunately it was VERY loud with 2 different sports teams staying in the hotel and there were people speaking loudly in the hallways late in the evening and early in the morning. The elevator is very slow and with as busy as the hotel was, couldn’t keep up.
The staff was friendly and did their best. Was very pleased with the customer service.

Very good staff with willingness to please. Snow and ice conditions need to be addressed in timely manner VERY unsafe. RE bar from broken parking curb sticking out of surface in south parking lot un safe and potential to ruin tires Need lighting over south exit door. T V in breakfast area should be showing news in morning. Not advertising loop

The staff were so, so friendly. Not just one, but all of the staff we came into contact with. The rooms were very clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable!

My wife was awakened in the middle of the night by a wrong phone call placed to her room, and then around 530 am, there was what she figured was a hockey team staying there and they were up in the hallway making noise and banging doors. So her sleep was interrupted throughout the night. The bed was comfortable and the staff were good, but she was not impressed her sleep was so disrupted.

Clean, quiet and spacious. Breakfast was somewhat limited compared to other hotels we have stayed at, but what was provided was good.
Definitely recommend this hotel.

The drive out of Regina was very quick and efficient. I loved how quiet and comfortable we were at this location. Highly recommend.
