The room is very good, but the plug is missing and it is a bit troublesome to charge. Miss Geng has always been very good in terms of service and attitude in asking us if we have any questions. The hotel accommodation is very good, and the hot spring environment is also good. Because I woke up early, I couldn't have breakfast. The breakfast ticket could not be used, but the hotel prepared a way for us to eat on the way in advance. The high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off is also fast!

Booked for the hot springs which were great, very spacious and relaxing environment. Small indoor swimming pool but also a nice temperature for a relaxing swim. Good choice for buffet breakfast. Unfortunately the hotel does not cater for solo travellers eating dinner because food can only be ordered in large portions via an app catering for two or more people. Also a shame there is a robot and no human interaction if you want a coffee. The people working there are very friendly and helpful, robots are not! Easy access on foot to Exiu Lake and a short distance further to the mountain entrance.

I searched for this B&B a long time in advance. When I arrived, I found that it was really good. It exceeded my expectations (^-^)👍The B&B is not very far from Wuxiangang Station. The staff also added WeChat in advance to inform them of the specific location and the Golden Summit that day. Weather, etc., you can also contact them to pick you up after playing. The room facilities are complete, and there is also a free laundry service (≧▽≦)/♫Awesome👍 You can order food at the B&B in the evening. The taste is very good and the portion is very big. Two people didn't finish it. The breakfast in the restaurant is also very delicious. The yyds recommended by my brother is freshly made by my aunt in the morning. It's spicy and delicious. (Fresh pepper rabbit is delicious and goes well with wine) The hot spring staff in the room will fill the water in advance. After climbing the mountain, you can soak in the hot spring directly. It is super comfortable. The hot spring is facing the bamboo forest and the mountain, and the scenery is amazing🤙The environment is really super comfortable and relaxing😌There are also Swimming pool and public hot spring, the swimming pool was a bit cold so I didn’t go in the water😂 The front desk also helped us book a car to Leshan, they were serious and responsible👍 Next time I come to Mount Emei in winter to see the snow scenery, I will stay at this hotel✌️

Special mention to the housekeeper! The service is really great! The kids upstairs were running around at night, and after communicating with the housekeeper, they immediately asked to change the room because it was late at night and the luggage could be placed in the current room, so there was no need to toss! Super humane!

Room comparison: The last time I stayed in a starry sky theme, this time I stayed in a jungle theme. After comparing the two room types, I prefer the starry sky, with multiple hanging chairs and multiple starry sky projection toys. The jungle is just a small tent plus a few plush toys, and the starry sky theme is more playable. Breakfast: Rich in variety, reaching the five-star standard, three kinds of juice, six kinds of fruits, four cold dishes, fried rice, fried rice noodles, fried dough sticks, six or seven kinds of egg methods, and special snacks such as butter tea, tofu brain, and egg cakes. There are bamboo shoots and beef noodles every day. I recommend this beef noodle All-day parent-child activities: My child is only over one year old, and most of the activities are assisted by adults. After a whole day, the activities are compact and adults are not tired, but the activity time is relatively short. In my free time, I take my children to dig sand and play ocean balls, which is very convenient for walking. The gold coins obtained by participating in the activities can also be exchanged for toys. Butler Jiawei is very attentive and responsive. The milk he sent is also very delicious. I spent a pleasant three days and two nights with my children.

We love the service and felt very welcome by the guest relation officer. The breakfast was superb yummy that I finished everything that was given. Definitely must give the breakfast a try! It’s really a B&B, you can try to ask them for anything that are not provided in the room and they will give it to you. Our room doesn’t come with a TV but that’s ok, we just disconnect and enjoy the soak in our bathtub. The mountain view is as not very clear during our stay and the weather is really warm.. please do note that this location is at the bottom of the mountain. If you want to visit golden summit, I would recommend to stay near the mountain top instead. Lastly, there are not much food nearby so you have to take a taxi to outside for dinner.

The hotel I came to based on the reviews said that it has butler service, many hot spring pools, and a rich and delicious breakfast. So we tried it out and personally experienced the hotel hot spring. The environment is really good. The hot spring area has lockers, which is clean and tidy, and is fully equipped. There are also many hot spring pools. The indoor wave pool makes waves from time to time at night, which is quite romantic to play with... I also happened to meet the housekeeper Anna Liu Cui, who I was looking forward to meeting. The main reason was that I wanted to go to Mount Emei the next day. I saw in the reviews that she had a guide, and I wanted her guide, hahaha! The service of Yao Yu at the hotel front desk was also good, and the service of He Wenli at the hot spring front desk was also very good. The overall service of the staff was very good. This time I really came to the right hotel. The experience was super satisfactory. The breakfast was also rich and varied, and I especially liked their dishes. The room was also ok. After checking in, Anna made a follow-up record, delayed check-out service, ticketing reminder, etc.! This trip to Mount Emei was very pleasant. I look forward to coming again next time, and I will invite my family and friends to come together. The hot spring is really fun, clean, good environment, good service, and satisfactory room. it was a pleasant surprise to realise upon reaching the hotel that I had stayed here 18 years ago. The service was great. One of the staff led usto out room in another block and showed us where the hotspring and breakfast areas were. He also helped us with info about Emeishan weather.
