I would like to mention a few small points that I personally think are useful for improving the experience: 1. Most hotels and B&Bs will prepare tea bags and coffee, but there are only relatively cheap fruits and snacks in the room, which is really not in line with the room rate of a thousand yuan. 2. Since the B&B has its own coffee shop, can the coffee shop become an additional experience for the guests? For example, enjoy a free cup of coffee per person when checking in. The cost of coffee is low, and making this a unique experience for guests (or guests have a discount price) will give people a more value-for-money experience. 3. The quality of the coffee is not very good. I ordered a cup, which was absolutely over-extracted. The taste was already uncomfortable and bitter, or the beans were not very deep roasted, and it was not very good. And the top-level modoli in Chengdu has not been sold at the price of lying on the island. It is recommended to at least make the product worth the price. 4. Breakfast is served at the check-in area. Although the staff can provide service in time, the noise from walking and talking is a bit loud, which affects the privacy of the space and makes people feel a little uncomfortable.

Our stay at this lovely homestay was absolutely perfect, the best three nights of our vacation! Nestled right on the path to Mount Emei, the location couldn’t be better for hikers. The service was impeccable, from the convenient shuttle rides to the delicious breakfast and dinner served daily. The peaceful and beautiful surroundings made it a true retreat, allowing us to fully relax. Our child loved it too! You can really feel the care put into this place, from the rescued animals they’ve adopted to the well-tended garden full of plants. And after a long day of hiking, soaking in the bathtub in our cozy room was pure bliss. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene and thoughtful getaway!

They offer a generous fruit plate, and the public hot springs are refreshed daily, which the kids really enjoyed. Cons: 1. The room smells, and I'm not sure if it's newly renovated. Although it comes with a Xiaomi air purifier, families with children should be wary of this place, as the waterfall is so loud at night that opening the windows is impractical. 2. The staff are mostly young, and the service is average. Most of them work mechanically, often spending time in the restaurant playing with their phones. 3. We happened to experience a weekend rainstorm in Mount Emei, and the stream below swelled. I saw a post on Xiaohongshu about someone nearly being swept away, so the safety is questionable. (My original intention for booking this place was to take the kids to play in the water, but seeing other people's posts about it made me very scared.) 4. There's no place to walk around nearby, so be careful if you enjoy a walk after dinner.

Finally, the location is also good. It is not far from Wuxiangang Station, and you can also walk to Baoguo Temple. It is very suitable for people who want to stay for a few more days. If you want to climb the mountain, it is also very convenient to plan the route.

It takes a short walk to reach the Shengshui Pavilion. If you want to stroll along the mountain path and visit several quiet ancient temples, this is an ideal place to live. In the morning, open the window, the mountain mist is lingering; return to the courtyard at night, the moonlight is full in the courtyard - this kind of leisure is exactly the peace that travelers desire. - 💚The hotel's building is built on the mountain, and the two guest room buildings are staggered in height, which sets off the mountain scenery. As a photography enthusiast, Mu Shan Ying Xue (Misty Mountain Reflecting Snow) was a real treat! It's the perfect spot for stargazing! We booked a standard room, but the owner, seeing we brought our gear, upgraded us to a Starry Sky room! We could capture clear starry nights without leaving the house, and the glass roof was amazing. The hotel's high-speed rail station shuttle service was also convenient, eliminating the need to lug heavy gear around. The staff knew the best photo spots and recommended us to the bamboo forest in the back mountain to capture the sunrise over the sea of ​​clouds. The room also provided lens cleaning cloths for the floor-to-ceiling windows—a truly thoughtful touch! The sutra copying experience was surprisingly photogenic, and the study's lighting and decor had a truly ancient charm. Upon check-out, we received a heartwarming postcard featuring Mount Emei photography from the front desk! Good location, the hotel is a few minutes away from the Wannian Temple parking lot, and there is a shuttle bus, it is very convenient to travel. The hotel environment surprised me. There are still hotels with such high conditions and cost performance in the scenic area. If you want to live in Wannian Temple, this hotel can't be wrong blindly selected 😁

Everything was excellent: the room, the surroundings, the service, and the meals. However, the soundproofing was incredibly poor, which was the only significant drawback. It seemed the kitchen was preparing for the next day's service, as the noise didn't subside until almost 2 AM on both nights of my stay. The constant loud thuds from doors closing were truly unbearable for a light sleeper like me. I hope the hotel can address this issue to provide guests with a more peaceful and comfortable resting environment. On a very positive note, I must commend the kitchen for their absolutely delicious dinners. Every single dish we ordered was superb, clearly showcasing the chef's exceptional talent!

Xiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!
