Overall, it is very good. The food in the B&B is delicious and beautiful, but the price is a little expensive. The room layout is comfortable, transparent and spacious, especially the bathroom, which feels very good. The scenery is good, and there is no discrepancy between the picture and reality. The furniture, lighting and other decorations of the B&B are very textured and comfortable. I would like to mention a few small points that I personally think are useful for improving the experience: 1. Most hotels and B&Bs will prepare tea bags and coffee, but there are only relatively cheap fruits and snacks in the room, which is really not in line with the room rate of a thousand yuan. 2. Since the B&B has its own coffee shop, can the coffee shop become an additional experience for the guests? For example, enjoy a free cup of coffee per person when checking in. The cost of coffee is low, and making this a unique experience for guests (or guests have a discount price) will give people a more value-for-money experience. 3. The quality of the coffee is not very good. I ordered a cup, which was absolutely over-extracted. The taste was already uncomfortable and bitter, or the beans were not very deep roasted, and it was not very good. And the top-level modoli in Chengdu has not been sold at the price of lying on the island. It is recommended to at least make the product worth the price. 4. Breakfast is served at the check-in area. Although the staff can provide service in time, the noise from walking and talking is a bit loud, which affects the privacy of the space and makes people feel a little uncomfortable.

The hotel is located just over a kilometer from Wuxiangang. The lush green views from the window were very pleasant. All the staff were very friendly. Although the menu options were somewhat limited, the restaurant was clean and bright. They also provide a station shuttle service. Overall, it's a great value-for-money hotel.

We initially chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station and its recent opening. The drive up the narrow mountain road, full of sharp turns, was a bit unsettling for our city Didi driver, so we were secretly relieved (as was our driver) when we finally arrived. At first glance, the hotel seemed quite simple, and I wasn’t entirely sure I had made the right choice. However, any lingering doubts were quickly washed away by the warm welcome from Derek, the hotel manager, and the staff. When we got to our room, it was pure joy! The minimalist design is visually soothing, and the balcony with its expansive mountain views made us feel like just hanging around and doing nothing was more than enough. If you're the kind of traveler who feels guilty about not doing anything, rest assured that the hotel is in a beautiful section of the mountain. There's a lovely old temple and a sacred spring pond nearby—Zhongfeng Temple and Shenshui Pavilion, I believe. You’ll also enjoy the energy of hikers rushing up and down the mountain. There are enough people to make it lively but not overwhelmingly crowded like Leidongping or Jinding, where the crowds can be exhausting. A special mention goes to Derek, who exceeded all our expectations. His kindness and professionalism reminded me of the kind of service you expect from a six-star hotel, where every need is anticipated. Derek went above and beyond, making our journey to Golden Summit and onward to Leshan much smoother and more enjoyable. Since we speak minimal Chinese, he kindly helped us communicate with the next hotel, explaining how to get there. He even offered us a free ride to the bus station when we struggled to find a Didi in the area. Derek also helped arrange our transfer to Leshan. We were incredibly impressed and grateful for his assistance. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, I’d say the dinner options could use some enhancement to match the overall excellence of the stay. A small tip: If your goal is to catch the sunrise and sunset at Golden Summit, you'll need to stay at one of the mountaintop hotels near Jinding. Logistically, getting to these hotels involves taking a bus from Baoguosi or Wuxiangang Station to Leidongping, then a cable car to the upper platform, followed by a roughly one-hour hike with steep steps to Jinding. It's manageable with a backpack, but not ideal with large luggage. That’s why we chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its close proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station, leaving our luggage there and heading up the mountain with just our backpacks.

I was lucky to be the first online guest of Ctrip and was upgraded for free. (Not Guang, I really want to recommend it) The hotel is located on the back of the mountain and facing the stream. Although there is a small road below. But it is completely invisible once you enter the hotel, and there is no noise. 👍The overall design style is a combination of tradition and modernity, which is really beautiful. Hidden luxury style, and the contrasting colors are so beautiful. Most of the buildings are dark colors, which are in sharp contrast with the green outside. It makes people relax all of a sudden and keep their eyes on the green of the mountains, and their mood is always in a very soothing state. The public area has a restaurant, library, red bar, cigar bar, tea room, outdoor swimming pool, and three outdoor hot spring pools. One step, one view. The food is very exquisite, and breakfast and dinner are beyond the traditional homestay, and are served with meals. It is also very ceremonial, like Japanese food omakase, there are seasonal menus and introduced dishes. As a Chongqing native, my stomach was conquered. The food is really amazing! ! Very thoughtful. This is perfect for business people. The housekeeper service is very considerate. I want to praise the nighttime Tremella soup. It is fragrant but not too sweet. It is the sweetness of lily. The housekeeper is very detailed. My husband put some medicine on the bedside. After dinner, he found a cup and mineral water on the bedside. The room type was upgraded, so I couldn't be more satisfied. Overall, whether it is the interior decoration of the house or the public area, you can see the quality and taste. I hope there will be more and more homestays like this. ps: White and red wines are very suitable for summer. The wine cellar is full of some very famous wineries in China. They are very light and very suitable for girls and summer. The wine tasting was nice.

I found a treasure in Mount Emei! This Hetang Yunxi is simply a fairy residence~ When you open the window, you will see layers of greenery. When the clouds and mist float over, you feel like you are living in a fairyland. I took photos and posted them on Moments and was asked a lot! The small details in the room are so touching. The wooden furniture has a faint fragrance, the bedding is soft, and I can sleep soundly listening to the mountain breeze at night. The breakfast is made by the uncle himself, which is so thoughtful! The noodles are spicy and tasty, and the wontons are thin and stuffed. After a bowl of hot water, I have enough energy to climb the mountain~ The most amazing thing is the design here! The yard is full of flowers and plants, and the winding stone slabs in each room lead to hot springs. In the evening, soaking in the hot springs and watching the mountain view is so comfortable that you don’t want to leave. The public area just blends modern simplicity with mountain wildness. Sitting on the rattan chair in the yard and swinging, every shot is a holiday blockbuster. It is not far from the Jinding Scenic Area~ I will stay here next time I come to Mount Emei!

For the compact three-day and two-night trip to Mount Emei, we chose Anlan, located in the low mountain area. In general, this is a place with scenery, design, taste and warmth. The B&B currently has a total of 9 rooms, each of which is exquisitely designed and reasonably laid out. You can overlook the distant mountains by stepping into the balcony or window. The B&B is a must-go point for hiking. There are many hiking spots nearby, and it is also very close to Qingyin Pavilion and Wannian Temple. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the Shengshui Zen Temple. The legendary holy spring water is the first spring in Emei. The hotel has thoughtfully prepared bottles for guests to draw water and boil tea. It is recommended to stay a little longer to walk around the Shengshui Zen Temple and visit the back mountain of the Zen temple. You will definitely feel that there is a different world. The owner and work team of the B&B are very kind and enthusiastic, and provided great help for this trip. They will help with parking, moving luggage, informing about the tours, and providing pick-up and drop-off services at the bus station. If you are tired of playing, they will prepare delicious meals in advance for you to go home. I have to say that the taste of the dishes for breakfast and dinner is very online. During the chat with the boss, I can feel that the boss is a down-to-earth, idealistic and positive person. The homestay will be gradually expanded in the future, driving the development of the nearby homestay ecology, and there will be some public welfare activities, which is really admirable. This time the time is too rushed, next time I plan to stay for a few more days to experience the relaxing time in the mountains.

Tips: If you have luggage, take a taxi directly from the high-speed rail station to the Wannian parking lot. Exchange your check-in voucher for a cable car ticket at the Wannian Cableway Office. Take the cable car up. Once you get off, you don't need to go outside; the hotel is on your left (Figure 6). The next day, leave your luggage at the hotel. From the Wannian parking lot, take the scenic sightseeing bus to Leidongping. Then, return to the Wannian parking lot. Contact the hotel and ask the staff to place your luggage on the cable car while they wait for you at the cable car entrance at the bottom of the mountain. This is a perfect solution for those who can't reach the mountain with luggage. The hotel is quite old, and the room facilities are relatively old. The bedding was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. The rooms are divided into several areas. I booked the cheapest room, which was at the bottom. You have to walk up a wooden plank road to the small villa, then down three floors. There's no elevator, which is quite inconvenient for those with mobility issues. There are stairs and no chairs. You can ask the staff to help carry your luggage. Wannian Temple opens at 7 o'clock, and the hotel is a 5-minute walk away. Because the cable car is not open yet, there are almost no people. When you come out, the first wave of people come up. You can go to Wannian Temple first and then go back to the hotel for breakfast.

This relatively new hotel is located right in the Wannian Temple parking lot, making it very convenient to get to the temple. We had a lot of luggage, so we booked this place after reading reviews that it had an elevator. The view from the window was stunning, with insects chirping, chickens crowing, and dogs barking—a perfect mountain village scene. Service: I have to mention the service. The front desk lady was absolutely amazing. We hadn't arrived at the hotel until 10:00 PM, so she called to check. Upon learning we were nearby, she braved the rain and came out with an umbrella to meet us. She also helped us find parking and carry our luggage. The next morning, it rained heavily, and she held an umbrella for us while we loaded our luggage into the car. She was incredibly helpful. Mushan Yingxue has another shop by the same name, located in Baoguo Temple. We went the wrong way, so be sure to use navigation to find the correct address.

Good location, the hotel is a few minutes away from the Wannian Temple parking lot, and there is a shuttle bus, it is very convenient to travel. The hotel environment surprised me. There are still hotels with such high conditions and cost performance in the scenic area. If you want to live in Wannian Temple, this hotel can't be wrong blindly selected 😁
