Tried to organise our free pick up from the railway to the hotel the day before arrival but they told me to call on the day an hour before arrival to arrange so I did. Arrived at the station and no one was there to pick us up. Called them to ask where our driver was and they said they didn't organise it. Caught a taxi to the hotel ourselves instead. No apology from the staff, only an excuse that they didn't know. Got to our room and the didn't even have normal towels. They instead had very sad disposable towels of which one was stained when we opened the new packet. The room is spacious and cleanliness was just ok. There were some rubbish on the floor and many mosquitos in the room when we checked in, the mosquito plug didn't really help. At least they had a smart toilet since it's one of those places where you're not allowed to flush toilet paper down. Glad the room was not expensive.

The room was clean and the front desk was very attentive. I have to say this, but the breakfast was unsatisfactory. On the first day, we, two adults and one child, went to eat breakfast with breakfast coupons. The coupon verification process was one egg per coupon. Maybe they were afraid that the guests would forget to take the eggs, which was fine. But they were afraid that you would eat too much. The breakfast time was 6:30-9:00, but when we went down at 7:30, it was empty. We asked and they said we were late and only had noodles. OK! The next day was the same result! You can not provide breakfast, so it won't be like going to a tribulation!
