房間很小，停車也不方便，還需要20的停車費，房間隔音也很差，價格很貴，包的早餐就是給你下兩碗掛麪，下圖就是管的早餐，沒有礦泉水了，問前台要，竟然讓我們付費。真是讓人噁心

這是我這輩子住過最離譜、最糟糕透頂的酒店！血淚教訓，奉勸所有人趕緊避雷！
我簡直不敢相信，一家酒店竟然能把所有服務都搞砸！預訂時明確包含早餐，結果晚上很晚到店詢問早餐時間，工作人員輕飄飄來一句“沒有早餐”。到了退房時，又甩鍋説是我們沒按早餐時間就餐，可前一晚明明被告知沒早餐，而且早上樓下根本沒人值守！這不是睜眼説瞎話、糊弄人嗎？
所謂的“房型免費升級”更是個大坑！本以為運氣好，結果給安排到頂樓家庭套房，LOFT上層熱得像蒸籠，空調開到最大都無濟於事，最後衹拿來一個破電風扇敷衍了事。這哪裡是升級，分明是花錢買罪受！
更過分的是，凌晨33分，剛被空調吹得稍有涼意，整棟樓突然停電！30多度的高温，渾身黏膩剛洗完澡，瞬間陷入黑暗與悶熱之中。我一次次打電話催促，酒店工作人員嘴上説著馬上找保安去地下室檢修，結果衹是在電話裏和保安扯皮，來回打了五六通電話都沒見人去處理。最後竟輕飄飄來一句“因為電費沒交停電”，這理由簡直荒謬至極！管理混亂成這樣，把客人的權益當兒戲，完全就是對消費者的不尊重！
從入住到離開，基本客房服務幾乎為零！更可氣的是退早餐費，區區20塊錢，從上午拖到晚上7點，又是説開車不方便，又是藉口訊息太多找不到微信，甚至拿房卡不知道在哪當理由，各種推諉扯皮。這是有多不專業、多不負責任才能做出這種事？
這次住宿徹底毀掉了我在四川遊玩的好心情！因為前一晚糟糕的住宿體驗，第二天爬峨眉山時，我直接出現嚴重的高原反應，行程全被打亂！如果大家打算來峨眉山遊玩，千萬別選這家酒店，誰來誰後悔！我已經把避雷貼發到各大平台，衹希望其他人不要再像我一樣上當受騙！

民宿在一個大型小區裏面，環境清幽，很安靜，停車方便，有私家花園，我們定了兩間雙床和一間大床房，一樓大床房比較潮濕，牆上有黴斑，二樓比較乾淨衞生，還有就是房間晚上隔音不太好，樓下電視聲音都能聽清楚，門外有人上下樓梯也是很大聲音，不過性價比很高
