Not what I expected. It's like a residential complex which has been turned into a hotel/resort. The room what very comfortable. Fancy toilet, nice shower, washing machine and a place to sit and read.
I didn't get my mountain view, but even if I did the clouds obscured it.
The staff on reception and front desk along with housekeeping were great and went out their way to help. However the restaurant staff were not very keen in helping due to the language barrier. They need to be told that speaking louder in Chinese won't make me understand any better.
That aside I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

I really like it. It's very clean. There are cut fruits in the refrigerator for guests. Everyone is provided with disposable individually wrapped face towels, which is far beyond expectations. It's great. All the staff are very kind and considerate!
