Nice location and services. Room a bit old and humid. The hot springs is nice, although I would forbid the entrance to children in the hot smaller pools

Room rather old and has an odor from humidity. Needed to renovate especially for the bathroom. Breakfast is fantastic with lots of varieties for western and local delights. Locality is perfect for hikers and pilgrims to the Peak and ancient temples on Emei. Walking distance to street food.

Overall had a great experience at the hotel. There was a free pick up from emei shan high speed rail station. The hotel staff 小耿 that picked us at the train station was very welcoming and answered many of our questions regarding how best to tour Emei Mountain. She also sent us major location pin and guided us where to visit. Hotel breakfast was great on Sunday with a variety of choices.
Hotel is 10mins walk away from 报国寺 and bus station to go to Emei Mountain. Right opposite the hotel has food options. If you walk 20mins downhill, there would be more selection of local food. Very convenient location.

We stayed at ErMeiShan Grand hotel on 28 March 2025. We were greatly impressed with our caretaker 管家小徐. As this was our first time visiting EMeiShan area, she was extremely helpful in providing hotel transfer from the EMeishan High Speed Station. In addition, she provided useful information and assistance to facilitate our tour to Emeisan. My wife and I travelled widely to Europe and stayed in multiple top brands hotels but we have never experienced such exceptional high level of hospitality and service quality provided to us. I will be telling my friends and clients about this wonderful experience during our stay with emeisan Grand Hotel.

The hotel is located at 10mins walk to the main bus station to Ermeishan. The hotel manager, Mdm Fei is very helpful and providing us the useful travel info. Room and bedding are clean. Wide variety of breakfast with western n Chinese food. Will recommend to stay.

it was a pleasant surprise to realise upon reaching the hotel that I had stayed here 18 years ago. The service was great. One of the staff led usto out room in another block and showed us where the hotspring and breakfast areas were. He also helped us with info about Emeishan weather.

Even is expensive, worth for the money in term of convenience to stroll around after 4pm on top. Clean room , small though.
