設施：從來沒有花1000多住過這麼陳舊的酒店，套房屋內一點不通風，床頭連充電插頭都沒有的，廁所噴頭也是拿不下來的，毛巾上還有不知名紅色印子，馬桶蓋都黃了，真的好舊好舊的星級酒店！
服務：前台服務態度真的很一般，開始找酒店找半天沒有指示牌，給了房卡都不帶指引一下的也沒有指示牌找半天才曉得往哪邊走，上午9點多鐘早餐廳外面的廁所不讓上，保潔態度像我欠她錢一樣喊我走二樓去🙄好令人無語的温泉酒店

之前已經點評過了！但這個還是要再次強調一下！因為之前訂的是13號入住15號退房的！但13號辦理入住的當日臨時決定了行程，續訂15至16號的房！當時因為要舉行國際武術比賽！所有外賓都入住這個酒店導致15號至16號我們續訂的原本房型已經沒有了！就在我們苦惱之際！噔噔蹬蹬～我哋嘅人靚聲甜嘅客户經理張慧小姐姐幫我們及時處理問題，調整房間！保留翻我哋原本13-15號嘅房房！免去咗我哋要面臨屆時（15號）需要收拾行李換房嘅勞頓同埋麻煩！真系非常之感謝和感激！再次點名cut佢出嚟感謝和表揚張慧經理！太掂水啦！

酒店距離景區大巴乘車點步行3分鐘可達，到峨眉山站打車10分鐘左右。且酒店提供接送站服務。
房間裝修中式風格，比較傳統，貼心在床頭配備了帶usb頭的接線板。
距離靈秀温泉步行1分鐘可達。
早餐品種很豐富。

房間略顯老舊，温泉不錯，主要是為了小孩泡温泉選擇了這裏，酒店早餐還不錯，平時過來300多價格還行，500多就偏貴了點了

遇到的所有工作人員服務態度都好，整個酒店環境優美舒適靜謐，早餐特別豐富而且味道很好，美中不足就是設施有點舊，雖然舊但打掃的還是很乾凈。離温泉也很近，可以穿起酒店的浴袍走過去。前一天爬完山回來，晚上泡了温泉，第二天想多睡一會，如果退房能從12:00延遲到14:00，就可以多休息一下，爬山還是挺累的。

淡季去的，沒有開中葯池，差評……
整體服務非常好，還可以免費在高鐵站接送，晚上還會送牛奶來，真的很貼心，送了全天不限次的温泉服務，下午人不多晚上人也不多，不過一天泡兩次還是有點太熱了。如果考慮性價比的話，住附近然後衹泡下午場或者夜場也很好，完全能滿足了。
酒店內部設施很不錯，就是衞生間有比較大的潮氣，有味兒。
早餐很不錯，標準服務什麼都有，還有峨眉山特色豆腐腦，就是味道為了符合大眾口味稍微淡了些，建議自己加鹽和味精，會美味很多。
