環境還行，就是有點潮濕，冬天真的太冷了，建議選夏天出行，房間是地暖，感覺沒空調安逸，哈哈哈😂😹😹

好的點是有員工叫我們起床去看日出了。房間設備一般，房價花了700多，但是沐浴露，洗髮水那些都是很簡單的一小包，洗澡的浴室，衹能關一邊的窗，出售衣服也沒有任何折扣。別的店鋪更折扣一些。不是不得已建議在此住酒店。建議提前做好流程，提前安排好時間去峨眉山，下山來居住

住宿基本是談不上條件，廁所惡臭無比，屋裡也都是衞生死角根本沒有打掃過，衹能給你一個床，躺下能睡就行，其他地方都挺臟的我也沒碰，廁所每次上都要做心理建設，如果不關門滿屋都惡臭，這個價格衹因為在景區吧，根本不值。如果有更好的選擇，建議別住。

衞生環境極度臟亂差，物品濕淋淋的，衞生間窗子上面油污點點，進門就一股怪味，價格貴就先不説了。
很大概率會在地下室（老闆説是一樓），電視也是壞的從來沒發看（老闆自己承認的）總之體驗極其糟糕，希望各位朋友謹慎訂房，糟糕的入住體驗極其影響第二天登頂金頂，能白天早點到當天遊覽金頂當天下山最好，避免住宿。

乾淨整潔，温暖舒適，出遊方便，雖然樓道窄面積小，但是雷洞坪這個海拔、位置，這個價位是真的值得！去滑雪場、金頂索道都近！而且飯菜相當好吃，價格不貴，一家四口都吃飽吃好了！推薦大家預訂！

房間不大 我們去的時候在下雪，唯一的優點感覺挺暖和的，廁所不敢恭維，好大好大的臭味道！年前房費挺貴的700多…我們兩大人帶兩小孩子，問店家要多2枕頭居然都沒有了😂還問了幾遍

房間設施在高山頂民宿算很不錯的，有暖氣和電熱毯，床品比較乾淨，這家的飯菜做的非常不錯，吃的很好。客棧門口有觀猴區，可以近距離喂猴子，離滑雪場也不遠，可以觀日落雲海。客棧就在雷洞坪車站旁邊，步行上金頂索道的入口處，早上有叫早服務。🌹🌹🌹

典型的臟亂差，進門房間味道很大很臭，地上還有沒有打掃的煙頭，別人穿過的一次性拖鞋，馬桶也是臟的…… 設施陳舊但是最起碼的衞生也沒有做到位啊
