溜娃到峨眉首選就是御泉灣，五星級標準的酒店，房間很寬敞，乾淨衞生，這次入住很明顯感覺員工培訓到位，比以前服務好很多，每個工作人員見面都會打招呼，微笑問好。
高鐵峨眉山站接送:車來得很快，司機也很有禮貌
早餐:品類豐富，中式西式，冷餐熱餐都有，還有峨眉特色豆腐腦
週六下午有泡泡活動，水池是熱水，不擔心小朋友覺得冷，滑梯的水也是很暖的，放心玩，造浪池是特色，小朋友玩得很開心，放電的好地方！
最後要感謝管家沙沙，服務很不錯，各方面的提醒和推薦都很貼心！

給我升級了景觀房，很喜歡外面的陽台。設施齊備，乾淨衞生，環境優美，服務也挺好的。工作人員見面都會問好。建議房間有個音響，本人喜歡聽歌。下午茶能免費送房間就更好了

真心不錯，温泉水很乾凈，水上活動也很多，客服都很好，早餐也很豐富，反正我們家要泡温泉每次都來他們家！客服沙沙，温泉客服42號羅，都給了我們家很好都入住體驗！帶小孩的不要錯過！

入住辦理管家劉翠服務很好，溝通能力強，後期網上分享了很多酒店時間，以及周邊吃的，房間安排了2間升級，酒店温泉很多池子，服務很好。

中秋國慶出遊，樂山吃完各種美食後就想泡個温泉放鬆一下，搜尋到這家看評論還不錯就定了。到達酒店果然沒有失望，酒店大廳寬敞大氣，每個樓層房間很多，辦理入住很快，管家看我們帶了個小朋友，主動增加了一套洗漱用品和小童浴袍。温泉池比較多，有室內和室外的，還有小童樂園，造浪池好玩。第二天的早餐品種非常豐富，菜品新鮮，服務到位。值得一提的是，管家劉翠服務很好，各種温馨提示，營業時間分享，還送了宵夜點心，退房時贈送了伴手禮，總之是一次愉快之旅。
