Zen-Inspired Hot Spring Spa - Ten Directions and Three Courtyards

I took my two children on a night hike up Mount Emei and chose this hotel based on online reviews. We booked a family room, and it was exactly as pictured—large and comfortable. I especially want to mention the exceptional service staff. The staff, including the cleaning lady, were all very friendly and approachable. The manager, especially, took the time to share her experience with us after learning I was planning a night hike with two children. Thank you so much! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Mount Emei.

When we checked in, Xiao Zhu at the front desk served us afternoon tea. I particularly liked the hotel's hot spring facilities. It was very pleasant to soak in them at night. The only drawback was that the balcony on the fifth floor was full of clothes drying, which affected the appearance a bit.

Unlimited hot spring experience for two adults and one child: The spoons used on this trip were excellent. Cozy Time Courtyard Afternoon Tea: The front desk staff provided snacks and fruit upon arrival. In the hot weather, chilled watermelon was a delight. Amenities: The room was well-equipped, including disposable slippers and towels, which was a nice touch. Gentlemen were also provided with disposable razors, which was excellent. Service: Xiaoli, the front desk staff, was very friendly and proactively explained the Emeishan tourist routes.

First, I want to praise the tall, beautiful front desk lady. Her service was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my elderly family members feel very welcome. The shorter front desk lady was just average and perfunctory. Come to the point: 1. Noise: The stay was truly terrible. The hotel was actually renovating during lunch break, and the noise was deafening, a nuisance. But after reporting the situation, they said they would address it. At 4 a.m., I heard banging on the wall and endured it for two hours! The hotel replied that they were preparing breakfast... hence the noise. By 6:30, ready for bed, the hotel had started cleaning, and a truck was unloading... It was pure noise pollution, completely ruining the vacation experience. 2. Facilities: Many of the design elements were useless. There was a ridiculously insignificant storage room next to the king-size bed. My kids asked, "Mom, is there a monster in there?" It was so dark. The bathtub was huge, but it only ran cold water; it was just for show. There was a manhole cover in the bathroom—I don't know if it was a design move or something else—it was unsafe and could trip over the elderly. The exhaust fan in the bathroom had to be on at all times, otherwise the smell was unbearable. The children's bed was incredibly hard, and my back and waist ached after just a few moments of sleeping. The door had a wide gap, making it completely soundproof, and the windows were broken. 3. Hot Springs: Full marks, quite good.

This stay was a great experience, with excellent value for money. The back garden is beautiful, with beautifully landscaped plants, just the kind I love. Front desk staff Xiao Zhu and Xiao Zhang were very helpful, welcoming and kindly handling both the reception and follow-up visits. The hotel room was also clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay!

The hotel is located on a small street not far from Baoguo Temple, with hot spring hotels dotting the street. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, diligently answering our questions about how to get to Mount Emei. The hotel's ground floor features three outdoor hot spring pools, a chess and card room, a dozen outdoor tables and chairs, and a parent-child activity room. The hot springs are open from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM and aren't crowded. The chess and card room and leisure area are free to use. While we were playing cards in the outdoor leisure area, the staff proactively turned on the headlights and electric fans and even kindly lit a mosquito coil. We played in the leisure area until after midnight, and we noticed that the staff drained the hot spring pools and cleaned them after the guests left. Their sanitation was meticulous. Our standard room was small but cozy. The room was clean, though the bathroom was a bit cramped, which is understandable for a hotel near a popular tourist attraction. The hotel also has an underground garage, making parking convenient for those driving. The only downside was that the street-facing side of the hotel was a bit noisy in the mornings, but that didn't stop us from enjoying this small hotel.
