The hotel is next to Exiu Lake and the air is very good. There is also a free children's playground for children to play. It rained when we were going to go up the mountain the next day. The hotel service was really bad, indescribably bad. We arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock in the evening. When we entered, two waiters kept talking to the owner. I asked her if the hotel was here. I slapped the bar counter and said, why can't you two waiters help us check in first? I carried the luggage by myself, and I said why didn't you tell me earlier? We have so much luggage and we have to carry a child. Then I said, you can carry one for me. Then the waiter said that your bag is too heavy and I can't lift it. I'm so drunk. My 11-year-old daughter could lift her but she couldn't. Then I said, "I'll lift you to help me take care of the child." She said she still had to pick up guests, so she angrily yelled at the waiter, and we carried our luggage into the community. It took me a long time to get to where I was staying. My kids were running behind me and they were falling. I was really furious. Can this kind of attitude and service last? I have stayed in so many hotels, and this is my first serious and detailed evaluation. I tell the truth and there is no lie at all. I hope to give you a warning. I would also like to say that after entering, the room was very average, except that the color combination looked okay. However, upon closer inspection, there were all problems. 入住體驗感很好，是我最近住的酒店裡最好的一家，離峨眉山很近。有免費的停車位方便停車。已經把它推薦給我要來峨眉玩的朋友們了。

房間環境温馨，乾淨整潔

我們是兩個大人帶個小孩出行，酒店大廳就在路邊，很好找，大廳對面就有小朋友玩的地方，小朋友很喜歡。房間定的標間 前台看我們是3個人還主動多給了一套洗漱用品，很細心。房間的床是1.35米的 帶小朋友睡也很寬敞，衞生也很乾凈，晚上睡覺也很安靜，很滿意
