The room is very good, but the plug is missing and it is a bit troublesome to charge. Miss Geng has always been very good in terms of service and attitude in asking us if we have any questions. The hotel accommodation is very good, and the hot spring environment is also good. Because I woke up early, I couldn't have breakfast. The breakfast ticket could not be used, but the hotel prepared a way for us to eat on the way in advance. The high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off is also fast!

Nice hotel, good breakfast, lovely kids’ playgrounds, clean room and hot springs, beautiful territory of the hotel. What made me very disappointed about the stay: we were given a room without balcony right above the main entrance. All the night the cars were coming and going, all the morning the buses were on and the smell went to the room. It was very annoying and noisy. Sure it was too late at night to go to the front desk and ask to change a room. I suppose the front desk should be more attentive when choosing a room for families especially when the hotel is not fully booked like now. So if you are lucky to get a quiet room with hot springs view, it still can be a good hotel in Emeishan.

We got what we wanted, a peaceful, comfortable room for three of us, a swimming pool, hot springs were extra bonus, plus western breakfast... big shops outside...not far from Emeishan mountain, Leshan...we enjoyed.

Lovely hotel. Particularly liked their family room which is perfect for a couple with a young child. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Good breakfast too. Staff were helpful. Located close to Baoguo bus station where you can get the sightseeing bus up to the golden summit.

Overall it is quite comfortable, it is very convenient to take a bus from the tourist center, the breakfast is very special, it is still worth recommending Facilities: This hotel has a rooftop swimming pool, a steam room, and the room is equipped with a tea table and tea sets, but the room is not very soundproof, and tourists next door can be heard in the morning. Hygiene: Overall good, but before going to bed at night, I opened the quilt and saw that the sheets had a little stain. Because it was too late and it was not easy to disturb the staff, I slept. It is recommended to take a closer look when making the bed.

We bought the hotel's king-size bed room voucher from Ctrip.com. After arriving at the hotel, the butler Xiaoma not only upgraded us to a private hot spring parent-child room for free, but also enthusiastically gave us a guide to Mount Emei. He patiently guided us to buy Mount Emei tickets, zero-kilometer round-trip tickets, and Jinding up and down cableway tickets on the official account for the next day, which made our travel much more convenient the next day. We stayed in the hotel for 2 days. Both the front desk and the room service were very warm and thoughtful, especially the butler Xiaoma was very meticulous. I will continue to stay in Mount Emei next year. I hope the hotel will get better and better!

The service is great, every staff member is very kind and responsive with a smile. Mount Emei is humid, and the children's pants cannot be dried, so the staff helped us to dry them. One thing that makes me very embarrassed is that my child is young and not used to traveling far away. He has a little gastrointestinal disorder and accidentally defecated in a place that is not a bathroom. After telling the staff about this, the staff did not dislike it, but kept comforting us, and then called the cleaning aunt to clean up. I also sincerely apologized to the cleaning aunt for causing trouble to the hotel. Emei is still a bit cold during the National Day holiday. It is estimated that it will be very good to come here during the summer vacation. I will come here for vacation in the future. The hotel is very convenient and easy to find on the roadside. It is very convenient to go to the high-speed rail station. There is a parking lot downstairs. It is very close to eating and late-night snacks. Although it is on the roadside, the room is very quiet, tidy and clean. The hotel staff is friendly, the service is good and they will consider the customers. I will choose this hotel next time.
