The room is very good, but the plug is missing and it is a bit troublesome to charge. Miss Geng has always been very good in terms of service and attitude in asking us if we have any questions. The hotel accommodation is very good, and the hot spring environment is also good. Because I woke up early, I couldn't have breakfast. The breakfast ticket could not be used, but the hotel prepared a way for us to eat on the way in advance. The high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off is also fast!

Nice hotel, good breakfast, lovely kids’ playgrounds, clean room and hot springs, beautiful territory of the hotel. What made me very disappointed about the stay: we were given a room without balcony right above the main entrance. All the night the cars were coming and going, all the morning the buses were on and the smell went to the room. It was very annoying and noisy. Sure it was too late at night to go to the front desk and ask to change a room. I suppose the front desk should be more attentive when choosing a room for families especially when the hotel is not fully booked like now. So if you are lucky to get a quiet room with hot springs view, it still can be a good hotel in Emeishan.

We got what we wanted, a peaceful, comfortable room for three of us, a swimming pool, hot springs were extra bonus, plus western breakfast... big shops outside...not far from Emeishan mountain, Leshan...we enjoyed.

Lovely hotel. Particularly liked their family room which is perfect for a couple with a young child. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Good breakfast too. Staff were helpful. Located close to Baoguo bus station where you can get the sightseeing bus up to the golden summit.

Two coffee coupons were also given upon check-in, and every staff member was very enthusiastic. The housekeeper Xiao Ma is also enthusiastic, polite and professional, and handles problems in a timely manner. The environment is good. The housekeeper Jiawei contacted us two days in advance to communicate the itinerary and arrange pick-up. The response was very timely, thumbs up 👍. There was afternoon tea, but unfortunately I climbed Mount Emei and missed it in the evening. There was a hot spring, but I missed it. The service staff were very good and considerate of customers in terms of system and flexibility, thumbs up 👍. The 2.4-inch big bed was very good, the bedding was good, and I slept soundly. However, the hotel can still be improved in details. For example, the toilet in the room has been upgraded to a smart toilet in many hotels, which can be improved; the claw machine in the lobby is too complicated to operate. I bought coins the day before, but the coins became 0 when I played on the second day, and I couldn't find it no matter what.

It is a pretty good Starway hotel, and it is worth investing in it. The hotel is in a good location, opposite a large square with a good view and plenty of light; behind it is the Big Buddha Temple, close to the east gate of the temple, and there is a long Xiangcheng antique street; the lady at the hotel front desk is very nice, kind and gentle, and gave us many recommendations for walking, such as the walking street, Shuyuan Street, and the fountain pool, and we also ate the Guoba steamed buns on Santaishan Street; the aunt who cleans the room is also very considerate. In short, I am very satisfied and will come again next time!

The crucian carp is grilled very well and delicious😋 It’s really good to choose their home👍I will stay at their home again next time I climb Mount Emei. Because I passed by this time, I only stayed for one night and left. I didn’t go to all the attractions. I will come again next time
