Ulandu is really full of surprises. The environment is beautiful and the service is thoughtful. Living here, the children and family don't want to go out to play. It's so comfortable. There are beautiful swans, parent-child parks and various activities. It's a pity that it rained when I went there and I couldn't take a hot spring bath or swim. The room is very good, large, comfortable and clean, and the children's toiletries are all available. In particular, our housekeeper Xiao Yan is thoughtful and responded very promptly at any time. Before we arrived, he sent us the activity arrangement to facilitate our time arrangement. After arriving at the hotel, it felt almost 24 hours online, providing a variety of suggestions and information on food, entertainment, and hotel service routes, helping us to travel effectively and relieve anxiety outside. In short, it's great! In short, I want to stay for a few more days next time I have time to experience the beautiful environment here again.

This is a homestay community at the foot of Mount Emei. The community environment is the same as the residential community, with good greenery, large space, a water street commercial area, light shows and musical fountains at night, and convenient parking. The reason for choosing this hotel is that I like the large room, living room, balcony, and most importantly, there is a washing machine, so you can wash clothes at any time. The location is 5 minutes away from Mount Emei Station and very close to Mount Emei. It is a hotel on a lush forest road. The villa opposite is under renovation. The lake view is affected by the renovation. In fact, the location is very good, but it feels a bit remote. The room is nice, clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The room has a private bath, Dyson hair dryer, double washbasin, large shower room and toilet, disinfection cabinet, refrigerator, and red wine glasses. It was a bit deserted during non-weekends in November. Since there were not many people, the swimming pool and outdoor hot spring pool were not opened (they would be opened if requested, but since there was one in the room, it was fine). The service was very thoughtful. After I booked the hotel, Xiao Zhou, the housekeeper, contacted me and added WeChat. Whether it was the room customer service phone or WeChat, Xiao Zhou, the housekeeper, responded and solved any problems very quickly in the first time. If there were any questions before check-in, they were also replied in the first time. It was really attentive. Thumbs up. Due to the small number of people, we upgraded to the best room when we checked in. The hot spring in the room felt very good, the hot spring water was slippery, and bubbles and salt were provided. Tremella soup was delivered at night, and breakfast could be ordered in advance and delivered to the room. The breakfast was of good standard and very delicious! The disadvantage is that the room is in a good location, but the decorated villa is slightly desolate, and some facilities are slightly old, such as the TV and hair dryer.

Absolutely amazing service! Staff were all very friendly, welcoming and eager to help. Very convenient pick up and drop off at the high speed railway station. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is a very short walk to entrance to Mount Emei. Breakfast was a good portion. Staff at breakfast was also very nice and friendly. We will definitely stay at this place again if we come to visit Mount Emei.

The location of the hotel is very good, located at the exit of the ropeway, I chose to stay here for two days before leaving. This is a mountain hotel. After I checked in, I really didn't want to leave. The cute squirrels often haunted the woods. The heating facilities in the room are comfortable enough to get up without dry skin. Food is convenient, let alone, because I don't like spicy food, the kitchen has made a dish suitable for our taste, very delicious and cheap. Breakfast is also carefully provided with food without spicy elements, which is really intimate.

The breakfast is rich, the dinner tastes good and there is room service! , It’s so satisfying to eat bitter bamboo shoots and pork soup in this season, I ordered another one directly! Hotel housekeeper Zhang Nan’s service is 120 points! Timely response, warm and thoughtful, will come again next year when the flowers bloom! Areas that need improvement: The air conditioning in the room (especially upstairs) is not powerful, blowing cold wind, and the drainage in the shower room is not smooth and needs to be unblocked

The facilities are relatively old and the tables look dirty. I suggest the boss change it. . . The air conditioner and TV are all old models. The bed is very hard. I haven’t slept well. But the owner is very nice and the price is very cheap. But there are quite a lot of choices at this price at the foot of the mountain. I don’t know how other hotels are like. The hotel lobby doesn’t turn on the lights in the whole street? It feels gloomy and dark. Passing the door is a little light from the front desk.
