I have arrived there last week, and I've stayed for few days. It was a bad experience that I have ever seen. I know usually Turkish people are nice. We was told there'll be a buffet, but I did not see any. Aydin extra charge me for one night, he so arrogant and did not help me enjoy my stay on bit. Will not recommend this place. There's better places near by where I went to enjoy some good food and really nice people

I stayed here the other week and it was a very bad place to stay. They treated the staff like slaves with long hours and not enough pay. They were doing every job and it was not good. Not hygienic Place and staff were not clean too. The beach was not clean either with cigarette waste everywhere. Food was not good either, the open buffet was not as advertised.

Deniz manzaralı oda aldığımız halde yerleştirildiğimiz oda deniz manzaralı değildi ve otel ekibi ısrarla deniz manzaralı olduğunu iddia etti. Ancak balkondan eğilip bakarsanız deniz manzarasını görebilirsiniz. Ertesi gün için boşalan oda olursa değiştireceklerini ifade ettiler ancak olumlu ya da olumsuz herhangi bir dönüş olmadı. Merhaba, çalışanların hepsi güler yüzlü müşterileri memnun etmek için yoğun bir çaba içerisinde çalışıyorlar. Bugün otelden ayrıldık çok güzel ve unutulmaz bir tatil geçirdik 3 kişi olarak otele giriş yaptık eşim oğlum 2 gun sonra annem ve babam da aramiza katildi Özellikle annem ve babam çok memnun kaldılar odalar tertemiz yemekler lezzetli mükemmel sürekli yiyecek bişeyler buluyorsunuz çok lezzetliler özellikle. Mansur sef ,Dilek hanim ve garson Sadeat bein ilgi ve alakasi icin kendilerine teşekkür ediyorum odamız her gün temizlendi.Fiyat performans açısından çok iyi bir oteldi.Geliştirilmesi ve eksik olan yönleri var ozellikle havuz kenarinda guneslenirkem personele neden muzik acmiyorsunuz dedim personel diger misafirlerin rahatsiz oldugunu ve sikayyet ettigini soyledi. neticede tatil icin geliyorsaniz muzik caliniyor diye sikayet te bulunmalari sacma değil, mi Biz ailecek çok memnun kaldık teşekkürler.

It is a nice and quiet hotel that we choose every year as it is a family hotel with its own private beach, but this year there were some shortcomings in the kitchen and we could not find a single good thing to eat for dessert.

This is the first time I've been to such a disgraceful hotel. I think the people commenting here are just doing it amongst themselves. They're making food that would leave you hungry for your money. They had these dishes almost every day: beans, chickpeas, fresh beans, pita bread, and turkey. Neither the kids nor we could eat properly, so we had to try to fill our stomachs with cold appetizers. There's supposed to be a tea and cookie time, but we didn't see it. It was over in five minutes because of the crowd. The staff were talking amongst themselves about the customers, which was very unpleasant. The room was clean, but you can barely find tea during the day, and the machine is always empty, and it's never replaced. They've reserved a single pool chair for patrons. There are already four, so one is reserved for patrons. You go to the beach and even get water on the sun loungers that come from outside. It's a shame to come here. I'm surprised by the well-reviewed reviews.

We went to the hotel in July 2024 with Jolly Tur with an early reservation. We were given a disabled room. The bathroom and toilet in the room were different. We objected to the lady at the reception, but unfortunately we got the answer that our rooms were full and they didn't have any other rooms. Of course, this hotel had done this to us 3 years ago. At that time, they had given us a standard room for which we paid the price of a superior room. We objected then too, and after some time, we finally found a room. The lady at the reception, instead of resolving the issue, just said "I'm not talking to you anymore" and the manager came. As a result of our objections, another room was arranged with a 1.5 hour delay. The manager was also sullen. Both of them's solution-oriented and unfriendly approaches managed to alienate us from the hotel. The manager even said something like "We would have changed it, why are you still not satisfied". Only the business manager was respectful and friendly. In the end, we do not recommend this hotel, its hygiene is very poor.
