Great service all round. Clean, spacious good quality rooms, good breakfast and service with a smile. Breakfast is included in the price and comes along with a complementary minibar with soft drinks and beer, including coffee and tea. Very comfortable beds. The only thing I missed in the room was an iron for a creased shirt (I didn't ask, but maybe they have one at reception). The dining area is spacious yet has a cosy feel. There is a terrace by the waterfront and although I didn't use them, there is a gym and sauna in the basement. Close to Emden centre, parking is free for guests (subject to availability) and there is disabled access throughout the hotel. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from within 10 minutes walk from the hotel The price seems quite high, but it is reasonable value for money, taking into account the high standard of service, and of course the complimentary breakfast, minibar and parking.

To start with, an excellent location, within walking distance of the centre. The hotel has 2 parking spaces: 1 at the hotel and 1 across the street. These are free for overnight guests. The hotel does not have a restaurant (but it does have an excellent breakfast buffet at a very reasonable rate!). There is a restaurant right next to the hotel, but there are plenty of dining options within a fifteen-minute walk. I thought the room was excellent. Good mattress, safe, minibar (free soft drinks and beer). There was also little wrong with the bathroom. In fact: finally a hotel where the placement of the (very good) shaving mirror and the toilet roll holder has been carefully considered. Attention to detail!. The reception staff are helpful. Also pleasant was the option to check in or out early or late for a very reasonable fee. In short, an excellent stay!

The hotel is perfectly located on the Delft. Only a few minutes from the city and the highlights. The breakfast buffet was more than sufficient, the staff were consistently friendly and courteous. The ladies at reception gave us a warm welcome. The rooms are clean, spacious and perfectly equipped. We would definitely stay again

Great hotel! Everything looks new and very well maintained. Large, beautiful, stylish rooms. Staff are super friendly. Parking in front of the building, 5 minutes walk to the center (Ottohuus). Breakfast is very tasty. In the afternoon there is free coffee and cake. If you are in Emden, then stay here.

A great hotel with very good service. Hotel located right on the Delft, about 400 m from the city. Our room had a beautiful panoramic view. Free parking, good WiFi, quick check-in and check-out and some free amenities like coffee, cake or sparkling wine for New Year. We would love to come back.

A very nice hotel by the harbor with very friendly and dedicated staff at reception. The rooms are very clean and (according to our booking) very spacious. What is also very nice is that afternoon coffee, the minibar, parking and even ice from a chest are included. That was absolutely welcome when it felt like 30 degrees. The WiFi is also free. What is unfortunately unacceptable is the hotel bar. The rather poorly equipped bar is only topped by the absolutely listless staff. When I read in the morning on my roster that I have to do the bar, which I really don't feel like doing, I call in sick. Or I ask a colleague, or whatever... but I don't annoy the guests with my presence. Please note, that only applies to the bar, the rest deserves a full five stars. Otherwise, I would be happy to go back any time, but next time I'd like to take my nightcap outside the hotel.

All employees are happy to help with all matters. Guests are pampered with coffee and cake every day. We only had breakfast, but that was great. Large selection of fresh rolls, jams, cheese, sausage, fish and fruit.
