Starts with a warm welcome at the gate, the service was top notch and the cappuccino was delicious 😋. Coolest environment to chill down after a long day.. Can't wait to visit again. I recommend Silver Oak to anybody looking for a place to chill in Embu.

I have been at the hotel severally and the hospitality is top notch. The staff are friendly and offer professional services. Mercy Mbugi was amazing and looks into the customer's needs abd concerns. The meals are amazing, the accomodation is one to come back. Thank you.

Had an excellent time, wonderful service. Peris was very nice to me, kind and very helpful. The best feeling to be attended to. Keep it up. The entire team was excellent. When I needed to have room change, they were really nice and did it even in my absence. They handled my belonging really well, nothing missing, nothing broken.

Good experience especially from the view at the rooftop, the breeze from the rooftop, the exemplary service by the attendant and respect from them is something else for sure I'll be frequenting this place and I'll recommend my friends for the same and better experience

This is a wonderful facility with a welcoming atmosphere. The views from the 4th floor are absolutely beautiful and provide a relaxing ambiance. The service is exceptional. It is courteous, efficient, and always attentive to guests' needs.

I have been in Embu 3 times and I always have the same meal every time: pork chops with sauteed potatoes and spinach. The meal always hits home! The restaurant is chilled and gives you an opportunity to enjoy the views of the surrounding hills. Well done Team Nokras!

The room service and food was good and a lot of cleanliness was observed. The customer service was also great. The rooms and general experience was lovely. I was served by Doris and Linet and they were incredibly respectful and welcoming. Hope to come back!

I loved the reception ,the ladies ( Doris and Linet) there are very polite and neat. The rooms were nice but you need to work on getting ACs.The hostess lady was very helpful and cheerful.I enjoyed my stay and am definitely looking forward to spending another night in your hotel.
