The overall layout of the room is very good. There are forks on the table that can be used. The hygiene is relatively good. The breakfast is also quite rich, with fruits, bananas, etc. The shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom are all available, as well as a hair dryer. The manager is also very diligent. I've never done a review on a hotel, but this place was bad. Walking into our room, we were greeted with a strong odor of stale cigarette smoke. The window curtains and shower curtain were ripped and one of the wall lights was hanging loose and didn't work. The room safe was closed and locked and we were told that the maintenance man would come to open it so that we could use it - never happened and we were there for 4 days. The free breakfast was really bad, so we ate out every morning instead. When I went to checkout at 6:00am on our last day (I wanted a receipt) I pressed the buzzer for 20 minutes and never saw a soul. Would not recommend!

Showers are a MAJOR slipping hazard and lawsuit waiting to happen. Body wash in room was left blatantly out of the holder for room services to refill, and never did over the course of the stay. The hot breakfast wasnt good at all

Not a fancy property but clean enough and most of the staff was very nice and helpful. Beds were a little firm for us. the area was quite loud on a weekend night with sirens and tires screeching. Not much view. We recommend asking for the second floor.
