The hotel is going through a refurbishment for the next few weeks or month or so, so there will be some disruption in the week but at the weekends no problem. The new improved rooms are in line with other newer Travelodge hotels, brand new shower cubicles, comfortable material chairs, new black kettles, but most importantly more plug/sockets and USB ports by both bedsides ( which was much needed) so A+ from me.

Staff really nice and attentative. No shower gel in dispenser however on arrival musky smell, Id say reception and floors need to be regularly cleaned. Rooms/bathroom/bedding very clean just no air conditioning so don't pick a hot day to stay at this hotel!

The hotel was easy to locate just off the A1 and offered good clean basic accommodation.A good walk to the town .

My family and I recently stayed at the Travelodge in Borehamwood and I wanted to highlight the outstanding customer service provided by Paulina at the reception desk. From the moment we arrived, Paulina stood out with her warm smile, positive attitude, and truly professional approach. Paulina handled everything promptly and efficiently, her willingness to help make a real difference to the overall experience.

Great room at fair price Excellent customer service from Monika on reception and bar cafe Restaurant has a good selection of food Buddha bowl with falafel was my favourite and for pudding Monika recommended us Knickerbocker Glory and Sticky Toffee Pudding That was so good Thank you Monika for all your help

Very professional and friendly staff That was auer second visit in London and I must say not the last one for sure it was nice to come back . Monika its a very nice lady help us to find the easiest way to get to the Central London by the train as we don't drive this time. We will definitely return and recommend Travelodge to friends

Very basic and noisy due to the location; non stop traffic. Outside, a little uneasy because of uninvited loitering quickly controlled by security. Complimentary drinks that was helpful in the hot weather. Check in friendly.

Nice basic but comfortable stay, just as described. We were greeted by the lovely Monika at reception who helped us with everything we needed. She was a pleasure to have there to welcome us on arrival. Thank you, would recommend for a budget stay.
