We came to this hotel through a bus tour. Located in the largest contiguous forest area in the Netherlands. Good for those seeking relaxation. The restaurant was apparently renovated and beautifully furnished in a rustic style. Very friendly service and employees. The breakfast was sufficient and good. For dinner, a 3-course menu was included 3 times. Each freshly cooked and tasted very good. Good home cooking. A fellow traveler didn't want any chicken and was quickly given fish as an alternative. There are 4 stars for this. However, the overall impression is reduced in terms of the rooms. The hotel is shabby. washbasin in the bedroom. The toilet with shower is small and the floor tiles are calcified inc. Started. Apparently it can't be completely removed by cleaning. Because the rooms and the toilet were great.! , made every day. Therefore overall impression 3 stars. And all in all to recommend for the small purse.

Echt mooi uitje voor klein prijsje, zoals er staat iets gedateerd hotel met kleine douche… schoon, heerlijk bed, ontbijt, top restaurant, heerlijk lounge plek bij open haard en heerlijke omgeving om te wandelen en fietsen. Komen zeker terug!

Prima hotel, zeer gastvrij, heerlijke keuken, goede bedden, op een mooie en super rustige omgeving. Kamers zijn ietwat gedateerd, geen airco, maar voldoen nog prima voor een aantal dagen genieten op de Veluwe. Wij komen zeker weer eens terug.

Geweldige locatie, maar het hotel is verouderd. Geen airco in de kamer, raam zonder hor, wastafel in de kamer, ouderwetse sleutel en alles is zeer gehorig. Er was weinig (enthousiast) personeel, dus lang wachten op bediening. Prima voor een stop, maar minder voor verblijf.

Het hotel ligt midden in de bossen en is goed aan te rijden. Een vriendelijke ontvangst en vriendelijke medewerkers. Het avondeten is goed, net als het smakelijke ontbijt. De kamer ziet er goed uit en de bedden liggen prima. De medewerkers zijn allen zeer enthousiast bezig om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.

Wij hebben dit hotel geboekt omdat we graag een weekend op de Veluwe wilde zijn. Ruime kamer met wastafel op de kamer - WC / douche apart. Vonden wij dit erg? nee, dat vonden wij niet. De ligging van het hotel is prachtig en wij hebben ervoor gekozen om ook daar te dineren wat helemaal prima was. Eten was lekker en bediening prima. Gaan we nog een keer terug, jazeker.

Dit hotel is al jaren in gebruik en dat zie je overal terug. Hoewel men zijn best doet, zie je aan alles terug dat het een oud hotel is. Het kan toeval zijn, maar wij hadden het idee dat de gemiddelde bezoeker de 60 al was gepasseerd terwijl wij toch in het weekend waren. De kamer die wij hadden, was best wel gehorig. De wasbak hangt niet in de badkamer, maar op je slaapkamer. De badkamer was klein en was alleen een toilet en een douchecabine die overigens ook wel een update en wat onderhoud zou kunnen gebruiken. De helft van het water van de douche liep langs de kraan en slang in plaats van de douchekop. De locatie is mooi zo midden in de bossen en op loopafstand van de heide. Maar voor dit geld, mag je wel wat meer verwachten.
