All the reasons we've stayed before remain the same. Caring staff, amazing views, fabulous breakfasts, refreshing pool, bright clean rooms and we are treated like family. I stayed in 4 other accommodations before arriving there and the shower at Elounda Heights was by far the best for pressure, heat and a well sealed shower stall. Was delighted to see the new water station which will greatly reduce the number of plastic water bottles. Always enjoy the library so I can trade my read books for new ones. Will be back as soon as we can!

I have had the most wonderful stay with Elounda Heights, Ritsa the front office manager could not of been more helpful and accommodating she made sure we had a very comfortable stay and helped us by letting us check in earlier as we had to vacate our other hotel earlier. The rooms are lovely and clean staff are all very welcoming, there’s a lovely pool area with a nice bar and restaurant and food is great. I will definitely be back again soon. Thank you for looking after us

This was our first visit to Elounda Heights and I am sure it will not be our last. The owners and the staff are all so friendly and attentive and we received a lovely warm welcome. The food in both the bar and the restaurant is excellent, specials to order are available every day, breakfast was amazing with home made preserves and lots to choose from. The views from the apartments are breathtaking, the walk up the hill is a tad daunting but taxi's are readily available if you don't want to bother. The sunbeds were so comfortable and the background music around the pool area was brilliant. The apartment was pristine and there were lots of lovely complimentary toiletries which were replenished on a regular basis. Elounda Heights attracts many returning guests and I can see why, it has a lovely low key ambience perfectly suited to an adult only environment, there is no need to go anywhere outside of the apartments should you so wish as they have everything you could possibly want. Incredible views throughout the complex, particularly from the pool area. The steep hill is well worth these spectacular views. Delicious freshly cooked food from both the pool bar and the evening restaurant. I would highly recommend the daily special, I was never disappointed. What really makes this place so special is the amazing staff. Elounda Heights would not be the wonderful place it is without the friendly and attentive people working here. We look forward to returning again, just to be met by these incredible friends.

This is a very special place and for many reasons. I’m not naming names as all the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The accommodation is very clean, everything worked. The views are breathtaking, picture postcard and also from our apartment “Phaedra.”The gardens are beautifully maintained, such a serene environment. The breakfasts are extremely good too. The pool is very clean, the water temperature is just perfect for when we visited and never a problem getting sun beds. Our visit was for 6 days, next time it will be longer.

Fantastic hotel with the best staff! 😊 Always kind and helpful, gave us some lovely tips for daytrips that turned out amazing. It's a small hotel with a familiar atmosphere. The mayority of the guests are coming back year after year, which says it all. This was our second stay at Eloúnda Heights and we've already made a reservation for next year. We can't wait to get back! 🥰

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel perched above Elounda, offering breathtaking views of the bay and Spinalonga. Every evening felt special with dinner on the terrace—romantic, relaxed, and set against a stunning backdrop. The menu was varied and thoughtfully prepared, with most dishes being naturally gluten-free, which was a huge plus. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking both the bay and the pool. Days were spent lounging by the peaceful pool, enjoying a refreshing swim and a drink in total relaxation. The staff truly made our stay unforgettable—so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Special thanks to Manoli, Katiana, Cleo, and the talented chef Vergilis. It was also a pleasure to meet the owners, Kostas and Natalia, who took the time to chat with us and made us feel so at home for our short stay. Breakfast by the pool was a perfect start to each day, and dinners on the terrace were a highlight—delicious food paired with unmatched views. We truly enjoyed every moment of our quality time here. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for creating such a special atmosphere. Thanks!

My husband and I first stayed at Elounda Heights as a new couple over 10 years ago and have recently come back from our 6th time as a married couple! It really is home away from home. We’ve travelled to many countries over the years and stayed in a lot of hotels, however we’re always drawn back to the heights as we’ve never found a hotel that even comes close to Elounda Heights! Natalia, Kostas, Cleo, Katherina, George, Vangelis and Ann make this place what it is. They go above and beyond to make the stay perfect and nothing is too much hassle. The rooms are clean and modern, the views are out of this world, the service is exceptional and the grounds are beautiful. We can’t wait to be back for our 7th time soon!! Xx
