Very comfortable room and great location☺️

The location of the hotel is very convenient. If you take the train to weybridge, there is a bus outside the train station to get to the hotel. If you walk, it is 2.1 kilometers away from the hotel. The dinner in the hotel is very delicious and the breakfast is average. The restaurant service in the hotel is very good. But the front desk service is average; it can be seen that the hotel is renovated and more luxurious, but the room, especially the design of the bathroom, still has certain defects and is not very practical; the surrounding environment of the hotel should be very beautiful in summer. Overall, the hotel is good.

I stayed here a couple of times but the last time was the last! I booked in and paid in advance then on the day, I checked in and offered my photo ID as I had done previously and it had been accepted before, however on this occasion I was refused check-in as they had now decided only a passport would be acceptable which I didn’t have. The unhelpful staff and then the manager offered no solution and just shrugged and said “nothing we can do”. It should again be noted that my photo ID was acceptable before but not now – it should also be noted that the confirmation email only requested “photo ID” which I provided. No specific ID was asked for. So it seems this hotel makes up the terms and condition s as they go and seemingly change them when they feel like it! The room had been paid for so there was no chance of my running off without paying. After some time I finally resolved this by my husband racing home and emailing a copy of the passport which was grudgingly accepted otherwise my I was looking at nowhere to stay after an early, start at 4 a.m., a very long day then finally the hopeless staff at this place refusing entry to a customer who had paid way in advance causing a lot of stress! The receptionist told me they needed the passport to verify the address – however my address is not in the passport so this is a bit confusing. The manager confirmed this as well as confirming no entry and no help. This is really terrible service as they could have easily verified the address with other documents I had but this was not accepted – my ID clearly showed me as senior management at a local large organisation but the staff were unhelpful and seemed totally disinterested that I would have nowhere to stay – this part of London gets booked quickly hence my booking way in advance so the likelihood of getting a room somewhere else was very remote. It would have been simple to verify me but the staff were more interested in being difficult. So my feeling is the staff had maybe screwed up with another customer and had decided to ad hoc changes to the terms leaving me almost stranded. It could also have been a method of releasing a room for someone else – maybe a friend of the hotel. Who knows but I would be very careful using this place as they seem to have some very dubious and “flexible” terms for staying here and you may get caught out. I will never book here again and as a vice president of a large global organisation that hosts many international clients, I would certainly not recommend this place. It's short sighted of this hotel to be so unhelpful as they will have lost business but their lack of help displays a clear lack of interest in the customer. Please book here if you are happy to risk sleeping on the park bench instead of a hotel room! No doubt the hotel will quote they have to have the passport but given it was not required a few weeks before and is not requested on the booking confirmation then decide for yourself. There was a

Wow what an amazing hotel and amazing staff, never been made to feel so welcome. We attended Woodlands Park, for New Year’s Eve for a murder mystery black tie event, from the minute we arrived we couldn’t have asked for better. The grounds are stunning, the entrance beautifully decorated for Christmas and the architecture of the building was so lovely to look at. Once in reception we were warmly greeted by Steve, Justin and Aysha, Aysha checked us in and was so informative and friendly, the reception staff including Deborah just couldn’t do enough to make our welcome most enjoyable. Once in our room we were delighted by the room and how clean, spacious and relaxing it was, the toiletries were lovely, and the little extra touches like robes and slippers were great. The bed was comfy. Once we had settled in we went down to the bar to get a drink, Victoria was very welcoming and Evan ran around to find me gluten free crisps, they were very hospitable. We went onto the Murder mystery event and the staff were so professional serving the food and being very attentive to our needs. We celebrated midnight and welcomed in 2024, the staff were professional, welcoming and friendly and Wasiq, managed the night so well, the staff really worked hard. I wish I could remember all their names to thank them, but to name a few David M, and Sheldon who ran the night, Casey who worked so hard and really stood out. In the morning we attended breakfast after a fantastic nights sleep in a wonderful bed, breakfast was delicious and nothing was to much trouble, Fredy, Jay and the other staff could not do enough for you. We packed up and checked out but decided to sit and enjoy the reception with the fire, Steve and Magpy, along with Julian were so lovely, we didn’t feel rushed, they got us coffees, chatted with us and even took some photos of us all. Thank you so much to the staff and managers you made our NYE amazing. We will visit again. Unfortunately we lost Steve’s business card so can’t email him direct or thank him.

I have been staying here for over 3 weeks with work and I couldn't be happier with the staff, they are helpful, Friendly and attentive. Fiona and Sammy deserve recognition from a truly amazing team. The rooms are are spacious and equipped with all you need, any further requests will be happily addressed by the staff.

I don’t usually stay in Ibis hotels but this one is like no other ibis hotel I’ve stayed at. From the laid back informal reception area to the contemporary rooms this was a good overnight stay. I appreciated the welcome cookies. The room was spacious but clearly designed for short stays in regards to storage space. There’s USB ports by the bedside. The bathroom has a shower, no bath and good to see the body soap and shampoo in dispensers rather than individual plastic bottles. The water though was only luke warm. The Wi-Fi signal was excellent. Location is excellent in the centre of town and just a few minutes walk to the station. The restaurant menu was limited but adequate for most tastes. My only complaint was the pulsing noise of the bathroom extractor fan which is independent of the air conditioning in the room and not able to switch off.

The conference facilities and rooms are very nice. The breakfast was gorgeous. Special mentions to Laura who was our concierge for my meeting on Thu 18th Oct and then happened to also serve me breakfast on Fri morning. What a fantastic individual, very attentive and friendly. Attended here 24/9 for a family wedding. After some initial planning issues due to multiple staff changes the wedding event ran very smoothly. The planner, Charlotte and the M/C, Chris were excellent and could not have done more to keep the whole event on track. The wedding took place in the Tithe Barn which transformed from official venue to dining room to dance floor seamlessly. The transition was helped by the perfect weather which meant guests could linger in the spacious gardens whilst the staff did their thing. Food was well prepared and even the minor issue of incorrect dishes to specific individuals was quickly rectified. Waiting staff were very extremely pleasant and affable whilst also being efficient. Buffet style breakfast the following morning with a good selection of hot or cold foods to select from. Lower levels of this building have benefitted from being totally refurbished following some severe flooding and this gives the hotel a really sleek and modern initial appearance. However, once you climb the stairs to the bedrooms all that changes. Whilst there was nothing specific that meant I had to complain the upper levels are really tired. The décor is dated and although clean could really do with updating. The windows are single glazed, timber framed so must ship heat to the outside world by the bucket load. The hot water in the sink took an eternity to heat and even then was only mildly warm. We, and other guests in our party, had multiple failures of the room key cards which meant having to trek all the way back down to reception to get the issue sorted. Yes, these are very first world issues but this is not a cheap hotel, it's run by a major international group and should be better. My advice, by all means book for a meeting, party, wedding or similar function but don't book over night rooms. It really was like visiting two separate venues on the one site.

Excellent service best room in the house! Really enjoyed the bath and bed so comfortable. Had dinner in the restaurant was truly amazing and breakfast in the morning. Thank you for having us to stay.

We booked this hotel so we could use the steam room and hot tub however both were out of order for 3 days which was the duration of our stay. The food in the hotel - the service was appauling I waited 1.5 hours for a vegan beef wellington to then be brought a caulifour risotto which I didnt order and was given the excuse that the chef didnt have enough time / it would take too long to make a vegan wellingotn- even though it was a sunday roast meal and they knew I didnt eat meat 4 hours before the meal and I was told originally I would have to wait 10 minutes for my wellington after queing up at the cavery- so all I had to eat were sides. The room was great- and hotel immaculate
