Very very bad, by arriving nobody was there only 2 children from 2 and 3 years old, needed to book another hotel

We had a wonderful night stay at blue ribbon homestay. Buddi was very kind and helpful. We had a beautiful room with the most incredible view! There is so much to see and go in Ella, we could have stayed 2 nights. A short stroll into town along the train track and an array of fab restaurants awaits you. We slept soundly and had a truly delicious breakfast. I’d definitely come back this is a great value beautifully run homestay.

Wonderful place to stay! Very comfy beds, incredible views, delicious breakfast, peaceful location but only 15 minutes walk from the center of Ella. The perfect place to escape but also to explore the great places that Ella has to offer.

To be honest, as a hospitality sector employee; Best boss and cleanest homestay you've ever seen. We really love it !!!! And enjoyed as well. Even he is really helpful with his family and friends. helped us a lot during our vacation. See you next time

The rooms were big, comfortable and clean, with mosquito nets and a fridge. The owner is very nice, he provided breakfast for us free of charge which was huge and very tasty. He also organised a taxi for our next destination. Homestay is located relatively close to Ella city centre.

The best hotel we visited in Sri Lanka, quite simply! The owner is incredibly nice, he gave us a better room than the one we had booked. It is super beautiful, the bed comfortable and above all, a sunrise right behind our windows with an incredible view of Ella’s Rock. The breakfast is plentiful. The city center is not far, you just have to walk along the rails, all for a very reasonable price. I recommend it 1000 percent.

The room was good. But the view was amazing. The breakfast was made by the owner himself every morning. A delicious, real Sri Lankan breakfast. The owner was very friendly and helpful.
