There is no mosquito net on the small bed. There are mosquitoes. If you put a mosquito net on the big bed, it will be fine. The bath water is not hot. Apart from that, the price is still very good, the breakfast is also pretty good, and it's in the center of the town.

Possibly the noisiesy hotel we've stayed at.We were able to park our tuk tuk in the parking garage and all downtown restaurants and shops were within walking distance.A few minute walk to the nine arch bridge trail. When our tuk tuk wouldn't strat after sitting a couple days a staff member came down to the garage and was able to get it started. Would stay again.Staff and location were great.

Pro: Placement near railway station and central street. Contra: I spent a night in second building, which is under construction yet. It was bad smell inside the room. There were neither hot water nor air conditioner, key does not lock balcony door. No wardrobe, no even hangers. No toilet paper(!), no any bottle of drinking water. Another unusual electric connector which made it impossible to charge a smartphone. Decent price (4000 lkr) for such poor conditions

Spectacular place good location close to everything I highly recommended this hotel its in the heart of the town, actually i came to spend my honeymoon and i booked 1 night only but unexpectedly I couldn't leave the hotel because of the good service then we extended for 3 more nights and if we have more days of vacation definitely i will stay more The manager Mr. Shihan is a great person very understanding and friendly and helpful even the staff was so lovely and generous they makes you feel like in your second home I would shout out for anyone who is in Ella to stay in this hotel to get better experience there I bet that you won't regret to contact Mr. Shihan the manager ❤️ Comment from Steffan&Safa

It was an awesome visit! Management was very friendly and efficient. Especially Manager Miniruwan was really helpful..😊 Rooms were clean and tidy. Great facilities and accommodations. It was very close to the Ella station as well. Overall great and recommend for anyone who's looking for a good place with reasonable price!

The place is nice and have a lot of good things, but the manager makes me uncomfortable. His behavior is abrasive and patronizing against me and my friends. I would not recommend this hotel. I’m glad that we’re only staying for a short time.

Too bad behaviour by the manager call shigan. Administration too bad.they are not ready to take a responsibility about ur stay. Only money purpose. I booked the room over the phone and when I go to there they said there is no availability. Worse behaviour....feel bad

Very very very bad hotel & very bad sarvic lire manager with lire staff not clean & when we booking this hotel he said for driver & guide they will supply food & accommodation but at least no any cup of tea
